It changes depending on the width of your browser. Looks like for small or large sizes it's to the left, but to the right for "medium" widths.

Interesting, once there's no longer room on the left side it pops over to the right, but at a certain point as the width narrows it drops the other nav bar options and it pops back over to the left again.

We upgraded two levels of Drupal the Monday before OSU. When the site was rebuilt the guy just forgot it. Some people never clear the cache on their devices so they never saw it disappear. Today was our first update suite and it was put back, along with a bunch of little things like how other articles are displayed when you go to the next page of History, and a complete overhaul of the sign up form.
