I heard it was even closer than that. Like very, very, very close to going in.

E: somehow I think I responded to the wrong person. Why does this site have to be so difficult to track comments? Oh right, Brian hates the MgoBoard 🤔 I suppose it’s worth it for all of the excellent content provided. Anyone know if there are any plans for another app? It wasn’t perfect but from what I remember it was easier to participate in a conversation with folks. I almost feel like way back in the .blogspot beginnings it was easier to communicate with each other. Who out there remembers tater? Section 1? That one dude who’s dogs anal glands had to be expressed? If only those days could have happened when we were actually good. A member berries post would be fun.

Love the quickness of Dug. Jett’s scoring ability is what I hoped for Caleb last year. Haven’t been impressed with Baker from these limited minutes, he seems like a defensive liability.

Impressions seeing it in person: Jett isn’t just hitting everything. He’s so damn smooth, almost effortless. Very fast to the hoop. No way you would think he’s a freshman.

It’s totally possible we have a good one here. I think we can all agree he will receive all of the coaching and more to develop him. It’s just exhibition but I can’t remember too many guys standing out that obviously on our other teams. Should be really fun if the coaches son is a legit stud watching him all year. Also great news for the team. The B1G looks to be down this year so if we can come out and exceed expectations (no reason not to feel this way honestly) we might be treated to a special season this year. All I’ve seen leading up to the year is Indiana predicted to win which I’ll believe when I see it and not much else really. I have no reason to suspect we won’t be any good this year. Losing Livers sucks but he was injured often the last two years, Houstan and Diabate were all potential, I personally would have loved to see Mousa for one more year. He was exciting sort of in a Brent Petway sort of way.
