Luginbill picks Gators because "they're too talented across the board."
Pundit is pickin' Gators despite the multiple suspensions. Luginbill claims Florida is too talented across the board, are deep and athletic.http://gridironnow.com/tom-luginbill-picks-gators-michigan-despite-scarletts-suspension/ Go figure.

This reminds me of the scene in Fargo when they are talking to the guy in his driveway:
Then he calls me a jerk and says the last guy who thought he was a jerk is dead now. So, I don't say nothin'. He says, 'What do ya think about that?' And I says, 'Well, that don't sound like too good a deal for him, then.'

Picking florida. Only means that after we destroy them, we will be given that much more credit. Just win.

Fuck it. Unleash Isaac and Higdon on them early and bomb them over the top. Put em away again.

I mean, let's be honest with ourselves - I think we knew this was going to be the punditry of some, right?
Around 7 PM on Saturday, hopefully Steele, Luginbill and others are enjoying their wrongness.

Florida is the reason that this game isn't amongst the 28 most talented games. https://www.sbnation.com/college-football-recruiting/2017/8/29/16181240…

I could care less what Luginbill says. I would say it's motivation to get clicks as motivation, but he's probably one of the few untouchable guys at ESPN so I doubt that's it. Quick look to any layman would say that statement is false, as you have arguably the best receiver class in recent recruiting memory. When Luginbill talks about talent he should understand this as well as anybody, considering that's his job, and he swung and miss. Then on the D line we have the top overall, consensus nonetheless, recruit from a few years ago in Rashan Gary, which again he should understand given his job, and he's done nothing to disappoint, and then one of the top, if not the top DT in the country, based on his colleagues evals, Mo Hurst. Good analysis Tom. But he's probably smart enough to realize that when we kill Florida on Saturday, there will be a boatload of replies to his comment, adding to his social persona and future contracts. If he's correct, he'll look like a genius compared to what everyone else is predicting. If he's wrong, he's just like any other analyst. Good poker face Tommy.

In 36 hours we will have actual game film with the people who will actually play for their teams to review, and we can stop caring about all this "returning production" and who is "talented across the board" bull crap.

and I work with a lot of delusional Gator fans, and a few reasonable ones. The reasonable folks realize 10 players are suspended, etc., and are disappointed the teams couldn't play with full rosters. Also acknowleding the selfishness of those disciplined.
I just laugh at the delusional guys.

“I think they’re too talented across the board [at credit card fraud]. I think they’re deep [into other people's pockets] and they are athletic and regardless of what happens at quarterback they’re going to have a plan with whoever is in there [by stealing his credit card]."
