I was every open about the error in firing Caldwell. Even went on NY radio to say it. Caldwell was a good coach and karma is a bitch.

Caldwell went 11-5, 7-9, 9-7, 9-7 with the Lions. Thinking they could do better than that is laughable.

He was also a decent coach; his winning percentage of .563 ranks third amongst Lions coaches. It wouldn't do to have success in Detroit, it's not the 'Lions Way'.
