Relative to her peers, she gets paid quite well.
Her base is $853k which makes her the 15th highest-paid women's basketball coach overall and 4th highest in the Big Ten - behind Maryland, Iowa, ohio state.
She might actually be lower on this list, but we don't know what the Stanford, notre dame, and other private school coaches earn.
That said, she keeps winning and especially if she wins a championship, do whatever it takes to keep her in Ann Abor. Would love to see Michigan as a women's bball powerhouse!

Coach Arico is a prize and worth every dollar we are paying her. She is a perfect fit for our program and I believe her when she says that Michigan is perfect for her. She keeps taking this program which had next to no tradition before she came up to the next level. I think bringing a national championship to Ann Abor is within reach.
