I have been really impressed with the team so far! I came into this season with very low expectations, thinking a tourney bid would be a great result! Obviously, there’s a long season left to play, but our team looks fantastic! So happy we have Coach Howard...he’s going to an amazing ambassador for the program and school!

Think of how good we could be!

I'm so impressed by everything he's doing. He didn't try to duplicate Coach Beilein, he took what he knows, listens to his assistants, and has the boys playing an exciting, confident brand of basketball.

Everyone contributes, and they play with pretty damned good flow considering all the different guys coming into the game.

Plus, he's classy, genuine, and wears his love for his school on his sleeve. Impossible to dislike the guy.

Great start to what a lot of us thought would just be a transition year.  Maybe Juwan will shock the world!

Great to knot the lifetime series up against NC as well.  4-4.  

I couldn't be happier he's home.  Not only coaching well (so far), but picked a good staff.  I think when the season is done (maybe even now), we'll appreciate how savvy a hire Phil was.  It shows so much about Juwan and his thoughtfulness and self-awareness to help him adjust back to the college game and to have HC experience on the bench that is a top-quality sounding board for his decisions.

I love the stamp Juwan is putting on this team in style and in recruiting.  And with his humility, Juwan showing what leadership and passion is all about. Love it.  I hope he wins all the championships and stays for 30 years.

Huge, HUGE resume builder for March. This is the kind of win that could propel your team going forward. Especially for a first year coach trying to make his mark.

I wasn't expecting big things right away, though i thought this was a great hire considering the timing of Beilein's departure and Juwan being a Michigan legend.

I did not expect this however.

This win will be huge come selection time!!

I honestly DO NOT see why recruits arent lining up outside Crisler to play for this man?!? What else do Dickinson, Todd, Christopher have to see? Nimari should've waited that 10 games or so. Adam Miller, come on down!
