If it's Tuscaloosa-ish, or Texas A&M-ish, then he'll make an amount of money that no business can ever make a return on investment from.

Because that's not the point.  It's just a way to funnel booster money by grossly overpaying relative to what the endorsement is actually worth.

Overpaying is the new oversigning.

Eventually they will crack down on this, but until they do, aim the money cannon and fire away.

Honestly with NIL it feels like there could be a shot at keeping both Cade and JJ one more year.

I don’t know cades degree status but I’d try to fast track a masters, see if I can keep making some NIL money, and then transfer on great terms after next year.

Hell I’d borderline advertise that I’d stay at UM but looking for a major NIL deal. You may get someone to pony up some serious cash.

Exactly…he doesn’t actually lose anything…or much. Especially if he continues to get NIL money. And nobody will fault him for getting beat out by a guy like JJ and roughing it out, embracing competition and growing and he’d still have 2 years of eligibility.

Yes. IIRC, across Dodge and Plymouth: Road Runner, Charger, Coronet, Dart, Super Bee, etc. They threw as many combinations together as possible looking to sell volumes. Needed a score card to know what featured what. Decent motors, though.

But.

Like every muscle car of that generation? Brakes were an after-thought, resulting in "holy crap, I'm gonna die" moments.  ;-)
