Bad momentum today. Webb said he lost confidence earlier today that it would be UM, in addition to other rumblings
I don't think it was the text that caused him to lose confidence..but the text aligned with other things he was hearing. Brian Snow agreed and leaned UK today
I feel like no one has any clue where the hell this kid is going. I mean, first he was going to Cal, then he eliminated evey school that wasn't adidas. The, he denied that. Then, he was down to Michigan and Cal. Yesterday, he was supposed to come to UM. Now, he's going to Kentuckey. I just think we have to wait and see.
I guess I'll just get the Jack now.

The only difference will be the reason for the tears.
I mean, earlier in his recruitment Jaylen said that Kentucky has the best basketball program in the country. If he thinks that - and I believe he does - then it seems likely he's going there.
Sigh.
My consolation, such as it is, is that I don't think we had a shot at Williams anyway because he wanted to stay close to home. So it's not like the time spent on Jaylen cost us another excellent player. So... yay?

I know this is sour grapes akin to Brian posting that his hair isn't aerodynamic enough, but I watched the McDonald's game yesterday and he missed his first five free throws and finished 1 for 7. His whole game is driving to the basket which would help with fouling out all of the other team's forwards, but not being able to make a free throw seems like it could be an issue.

but he was 7-8 at the U18 Americas tournament last year, so I'd actually say he's one of the best FT shooters in this class.
