Title says it all.

In the 6th round, pick 191 overall the Detroit Lions select Jake Rudock, Michigan.

Stafford yells at his teammates when things aren't going right and then throws a pick to make him look like an even bigger stooge.

You'll see. I'm sure everyone said the same about Tom Brady in regards to Bledsoe.

Calm yourself on this one. Just because Tom Brady had success does not mean every Michigan QB drafted in the sixth round is going to have the same success. Brady is a once in this lifetime success story. Rudock could turn out to be a solid QB, but the chances of him being better than Stafford are slim to none. He's not a Brady, Rogers, Luck, Newton, but Stafford is in the next tier, and those QBs are extremely hard to find in today's league.

Look man, I'm not saying this to be mean, but you were like three years old when Brady was drafted. The reason Tom Brady became Tom Brady with this crazy back story is because literally NOBODY talked about him. He was drafted to be Bledsoe's backup, period. There are thousands of Michigan fans tweeting right now about the parallels between Rudock and Brady. If it were that clear cut he would have been taken much earlier. If I were a betting man I would say Rudock is almost certainly going to be a physician in fifteen years, not a hall of fame QB.

Ooh I can answer that. Any average QB would be better than Stafford, because at least their contract would be indicative of their abilities and they could afford to put together a good team around him. This is what so many Lions fans cannot grasps. The reason they need to cut Stafford is because his value is nowhere near what he's getting paid. The NFL is all about maximizing your dollar and they are not doing that with Stafford.

Their is no way we can put guys like Bortles, Mariota, Winston, Carr, Bridgewater ahead of Stafford. Way to small sample size. Just a few years ago people were sucking Kaepernick and RG3's dick over Stafford, and look what happened.

I'll give you Brees, although I must point out that up untill Brees broke out in his age 29 season, Stafford has had better numbers (Stafford just turned 28).

I'll give you Ryan, although I don't think there is a huge difference between the two.

Flacco and Stafford are literally the same QBs. Just Flacco lucked out and ended up on the Ravens.

Put Wilson behind the Lions Oline, and give him the Lions running backs and coaching, and he would get torn to shreds.

Raphersberger: Forgot about him.

Tony Romo: Please. They have both accomplished the same (not much) and Romo has had the best line in football, and a good running game. He is also 36 and super injury prone.

Dalton: Your wrong, don't even need to argue this one.

So, out of the guys you mentioned, I agree with you on three of them, and Stafford is younger than all of them. Also, Their is a reason the Lions have invested six picks in the top three rounds in previous years on oline.

I mean this is all your opinion, just the same as my comment was my opinon. To me "Who is better" is different than "Who would you rather have?" I would rather have all of the young guys plus Flacco, Dalton, Brees, and Wilson. However right now Stafford is better than those young guys. Your argument about the line is valid, although Flacco, and Wilson didn't have Megatron which kind of evens it out.
