Hello: Jon Runyan Jr. (per 247)
Jon Runyan Jr. has committed to the Wolverines
http://michigan.247sports.com/Article/Jon-Runyan-Jr-Commits-to-Michigan…
I predict I'll be the 4th to post this by the time it goes through.
Class of 2015 OL. This means he won't take a meaningful snap until 2016 at the earliest, more likely 2017. Since I could easily be dead by then, I can't get too excited about this. But here I sit, excited.
I hope you are not dead by then.
That might be the nicest thing I've ever said on this board.
legacy recruits from former standout players are a great thing at any institution. This shows that the "Family Values" aspect is in tact and that former players who are the backbone of our instituion are happy with the direction that the program is headed.
congrats on being the quickest.
(Bet that's not the first time you've heard that.....BOOM!!) j/k...
2nd 2015 commit in a span of a little more than 12 hours... Pretty great
Our classes are starting to lap themselves. The 2015 class may be filled up before the 2014 class is (if the 2016 class doesn't take them both).
Over at TTB, Magnus says no evaluations will be forthcoming until the 2014 class is complete.
I'll still give analysis and descriptions. I'm just not giving TTB Ratings until then...
which class will fill up first, 2014 or 2015?
They're at 2 for 2015, one of whom is a kicker. So, I'mma go with 2014.
between Pallante's status, all the strong candidates for the 2015 class, and its size... it might be a close race...
What's the projected size for 2015?
I'm hoping he'll be around 290 lbs or so...
There are only 12 players scheduled to graduate after the 2014 season, so that's where we're starting. But it will obviously grow.
TWSS
Chantel just confirmed. Damn, you guys are fast.
No, its just that our processors are a bit more powerful than yours. Just a suggestion but it may be time for an upgrade...
No, Gameboy is right, I'm in my last week of my current job and I'm pretty checked out. I was also encouraged by the suggestion by 'Password is Taco' to "F5 this bitch".
Glad I could help. Godspeed.
Not gonna lie, I've tried multiple times to log into your account by entering "Taco" for the password.
Don't forget to capitalize the T
This 2015 class is filling up pretty quickly.
High Five Brah!
may you get drafted even earlier than your dad.
FYI - Word on the recruitnik sites is he is a little undersized (6'1"-ish) but when/if he grows he will be great. Winning one-on-ones at his size now and everyone is hoping for that growth spurt. Plus obvious blood-lines (genetics) and he is a legacy.
and I heard Levert was up to 6'7", so Junior looks minimum 6'5"... and apparently growing by the day!
Runyan looks to carry more of his weight in the midsection and the legs. that is hard to tell from the angle that the picture is taken, not showing the depth of his body. He really needs to add some weight but he will be fine some guys mature later than others
I'm glad you can muster up all that understanding.
So, are you saying he's the kind of player Urban Meyer compliments?
reading on this site recently that he was 6'4", but a little light at 250 pounds. Lets wait for the official Hello post before really getting into it though.
Which, by the way...its been 12 min since the announcement already. Is Ace even working today???? /s
Yea, I hope Ace wasn’t busy today; because he sure is now. 1 down and 2 hellos to go. haha
You mean 6'4" right?
Word.
...old data. Steve Lorenz says Jr indicates he's now 6'4".
Not bad indeed. But a long way off of "the greatest mid-february weekend in the history of mid-february weekends" weekend.
on here before, but it would be nice to re-establish what position this young man plays.
Also, welcome and Go Blue!

Three Hello: posts in 48 hours? Just awesome. It's GREAT to be a Michigan Wolverine.
What about 2016? Really, we are falling behind State.
