Or Acheampong 1.0. Let him be his own man with his own destiny. He may be better than anyone mentioned 2.0. He may set a standard that in 3-4 years some of you will hope a high school kid becomes the next Acheampong 2.0.

Good Luck to the young man

Welcome the the reigning B1G champions.

Class is still profoundly not good, but just looked, with Herring last night that's 2 of the top 3 players in the class on the composite added in 24 hours.  So despite striking out on Dante Moore, it's moving in the right direction.

For those who follow recruiting more closely than I do:

Is Collins Acheampong expected to be the last 4-star or better prospect that Michigan is projected to add to the 2023 recruiting class? If not, who are the other highly rated prospects Michigan appears to be likely to get for the 2023 class?

Enow Etta is top 100 DE/DL that we lead for. Paul Mubenga is currently a 3* but looks to be a riser who will probably rise to a 4* given his current offer sheet. Those are just 2 off the top of my head. I'd be shocked and disappointed if he was the last 4* we got in this class

In addition to Etta mentioned by others, Michigan has all the crystal balls for Jyaire Hill, a 4* CB out of IL. I’d be shocked if between now and February, some 3 stars we’re in on don’t rise up to 4*s and that we don’t take over the lead for some current 4*s we’re behind on or expand our board to include new 4*s we have a good shot at. Unless we have a horrible season this year, my guess is our 2023 ends up looking like a lot of other Harbaugh classes though probably at the lower end of the range.

I'm really high on Mike Elston as the new DL coach, so I've been surprised that our recruits on that side of the line haven't been falling over each other to sign. PFP aside, this is really a great place to develop talented DL - Collins made a superb decision! Welcome young man.

Great pick up. Welcome Collins!  May be will end up above number 30 in the recruiting rankings when this end next February.
