its part of living and how we are shaped in character. we'll have some joy, too. while the game may not be important, what it does to the people who play it (and, to a lesser extent assumedly watch it) can't be measured. i know i have been matured greatly with various sporting events that i've participated in, hopefully for the better. so yeah, God's providence will figure into this, but not in ways we can estimate.

So any sentence that contains the word "God" is "preaching" in your opinion? That's just dumb. I've reread his post several times and don't see the preach, but you go with that.
I'd say if anyone was preaching it was you - - you made it clear your intent to ridicule those who express a thought that God exists.
To these type of people. Funny how offended these people get at the mention of GOD. Would be interesting to know some of their silly beliefs or superstitions.

On Good Friday of all days..
For anyone like me who was confused by the title, the song OP put in the background of the video is called 'God's Gift' (by J cole).
Personally I wouldn't have chosen that title to refer to our final four run, but the video is cool nonetheless.
Yeah, I thought it was about Loyola and Sister Jean! I avoided it until I read everything else first.
Probably not the best title. It doesn't really need to be named after the background song.
It's a nice synopsis of all our NCAA games and key moments to get to the Final Four though.
That leads me to my unrelated question of the day - there was still some Sister Jean hype in a few corners of radio even here in SE Michigan, and I have to wonder if Loyola's players, who probably deserve a good story or two themselves and have gotten them from some outlets, now see her as something of a distraction from their achievement. Does anyone else wonder about this or am I approaching this from a jaded angle?

Yeah, apologies - the title didn't mean to be deep or anything - I just usually try to edit to the song and didn't think up of another one.
All of our opponents have worn either maroon or black unis. And that does not change on Saturday.
