He was a walk on that I thought could provide some depth on the Oline, but I don't see him listed on the roster over at mgoblue.
that is nice bonus change
Yeah 71 isn't listed on the roster now. I guess something must have happened.
He's been missing from the roster since before the ND game. I noticed that about a week ago.
It's still before the ND Game ... it's been before the ND game since he was brought on campus? He was definitely listed on the roster at some point before the ND Game
I meant the WMU game. You know what I meant. Get over yourself.
You made a mistake and he had a funny response. It isn't like he was giving you shit (like some posters do) he was just making a joke, and I thought it was pretty funny.
Bummer. I was hoping his super-strength would help him break the two deep as an upper classman.
I also remember a walk-on OL from NY...don't think he is on the roster either...Hope GG works out though
He's not in the UM directory either. It seems that he never enrolled.
Looks like his first name is actually Gerald. He looks to still be enrolled. I feel like a creeper. Hopefully it's just a mistake on the roster.
Yes, his name is Gerald Richard Yerden II and he is indeed enrolled and in the Directory. From the Media Guide:
Personal ... Gerald Richard Yerden, II was born October 1, 1993 ... three-time power lifting state champion in high school (2009-11).
I stand corrected then.
That's a bummer. He was a guy with a very high ceiling had he figured it all out.
batted down at the line of scrimmage John? That used to really frustrate me.
"Pass to me!"- Taco Pants
I thought it was Samsonite.....man, I was way off.
swim, swam, slippy, slappy.. SAMSONITE
or something like that. Classic movie, man...
I just happened to notice this earlier today when I looked at the roster to check OL depth. I was wondering the same thing? I've taken a special in him because I played against his high school back in the day. Parchment is a small school, and it would have been really cool to see someone from that size school play for Michigan. Maybe the academics were too much?
Maybe you have no idea so there's no point in suggesting something that defiles a young man's character with nothing to base it on. Would you like random internet people supposing things about you while having no knowledge of you life? Maybe youre a child molester? I don't know, I'm just saying, maybe you like touching kids. I'm not saying it's true but it's possible though. You know what that's probably it.
We totally shouldn't have wasted a walk-on spot for him. Newman.
Where'd he go?
I'm pretty sure he's a senior this year and I would put a lot of money down that he will be in front at gameday. I remember he waited a real long time to get up to the front of the sportsnation set when they broadcast there a few years ago
As many of you know...especially Alex Carder of WMU...Jake Ryan changed his number from #37 to #90. He shared the same number as Terrence Talbott and it was always a big mystery as to why two guys who could be 2nd team defense would have the same number.
Also, Ricky Barnum is #52, I believe he was #56 last year...all other number switches seem to have been well documented (Floyd, Evans, Furman, etc.)
as a freshmen walk-on who is redshirting, why would he be listed anywhere? isn't he just a scout team player?
Scout team players are still listed on the roster.
He left the team to compete in the World's Strongest Man Competition.
Which he will lose.
powercleaning your new wife to compete int a weightlifting competition. Which supermodel was it again?
His facebook (no stalker) says he now lives in Charlotte, North Carolina updated 7:52pm Sept. 3rd. Transfer??
Maybe he's going to try out for the Carolina Panthers instead.
Did anyone ever find out why 3-star walk-on WR Baquer Sayed isn't listed on the roster? There was a thread about him before the WMU game. I also don't see walk-on OL Dallas Williams listed on the roster anymore either. Anyone got any info on the whereabouts of these guys?
