A 5'9" WR would have to be pretty ridiculous to get a 5* rating. As a DB maybe, but seeing as how possible Michigan recruits are ranked the best hope is a 4*

1) He's a slot ninja. Who knows how much we'll recruit them in the future.

2) He's not a future 5*

3) He's a Glenville state. We'll probably land LB Frank Clark, but there are still 3-4 Glenville kids going to OSU every year.

5 days until signing day and there's an article about a 2013 recruit who is 5'9" and saw some playing time in the 2010 season who doesn't know if any coaches have contacted his coach...very odd.

If he gets an OSU offer he is going there:

"I have been to Ohio State a lot for games, and I love it there."

Also, he's only a sophomore, so chances are he still has the potential to grow another 1-3" putting him right around 6'-0".

(also, block quote is missing and I'm not that great at formatting in plain text editor)

There is nothing in the linked article that mentions any stars at all. There is nothing about this kid that warrants paying particular attention to him as a sophomore. I don't get it.

is overblown.  He was mad at Lloyd for benching Pierre Woods and then loudly complained that Michigan wouldn't recruit from Glenville.  Seems like a little Hoke-A-Maniac Manball Formula® Recruiting Oil could paper that over and get the old man back on the train.
