Friday night drinking and preparing to say "Hello" thread

Submitted by team126 on

Not a warm day here in AA - still a good time to have a drink after a long week.

Ready to say "Hello" tomorrow?

all the other fine boxers that GR has produced:

-Buster Mathis, Sr.: Fought for the World Heavyweight Championship twice, losing to two of the Heavyweight division's all-time greatest, Joe Frazier and Muhammad Ali.

-The rest of the Mayweather boxing family: Floyd Sr., Roger, and Jeff.  Floyd Sr. fought (and lost to) Sugar Ray Leonard for the Welterweight crown, his two brothers each won championships in various divisions.

-The legendary Stanley Ketchel. Known as "The Michigan Assassin", Middleweight Champ in the early 1900's, fought and nearly beat the famous heavyweight champ Jack Johnson in 1909.  Murder victim a year later, his story is one of the most fascinating in boxing history.  Google it to see what i mean...

I hate coming back home to Michigan only for one reason. My odd need to just get hammered drunk for no reason. I barely drink but when I'm back home it's horrible. Why i say... Whyyyyy

week in Madison. One place had Zombie Dust on tap friday so I had some if . that. Sublime. Today was Maifest and I had Hofbrau maibock. Dont know if it comes in bottles but its good. Tomorrow I get 2 shots at Toppling Goliath brews. Seek them out. They use single hops, obscure ones. You will like. Go Blue.
