Florida State Equals Michigan

WE KNOW HOW YOU FEEL. Georgia Tech blocks Field Goal. Returns forTD to win with no time. SERIOUSLY EMPATHIZE WITH YOU ALL SEMINOLES. One I know that messed up punctuation means something. I only mean they know how it feels to lose on the last play, and YES they were as stunned as us.

In one case the team on defense blocks the opponent's kick (thus:  "making a play").  In the other case, a punter drops a ball unforced and fumbles directly into an unsuspecting defenders hands --in the defenders own words, paraphrased (thus:  "gift").  I would be curious as to how you have trouble making that distinction.

I can almost hear the domer drivel about how big their GT win now looks....

I don't empathize with FSU fans at all, and it's not like they lost to Florida.

I still feel the sting from when they came into Ann Arbor and destroyed Michigan.

Hopefully, we will have a redemption game in the future.....

Ooo serious talk.

  1. I enjoy the football analysis.  I love all football and I find you guys over here (some of you guys) have great football minds and breakdown film expertly.
  2. The humour here is unmatched anywhere on the internet.  The sharp wit that exists here can slice a human hair lengthwise easily.
  3. I like football discussions.
  4. This place is unlike many of the UM fan boards where only the dregs of your fandom exists.
  5. Plus I believe you require an outside perspective to "keep it real"

If we are on the topic of serious discussions.  Why do you hate me so?  That FSU comment was more a knock on the criminal element that FSU brings (I hear their Criminology dept is second to none.) than on you.

Luckily you are not the arbiter of the internet so I can stay here as long as I like.

Granted, you're a more talented team, but you've got back to back road games against competant Temple and Pitt (there's a sentence I never thought I'd type).

You also have a loss, with 6 or 7 teams in front of you. This loss doesn't open anything up for Notre Dame

Not so fast my friend (or foe). We played UTAH as the first game. Things have changed since then. You played Texas as a first game (Yeah, that Texas). So, don't compare.

You still have to go through a couple of good teams. Even if you do that, you still don't play in conference championship. If you think they are going to give you a spot before they give it to the Power 5 conference champions, you are not thinking straight.

Another thing. You say no Domer Drivel and go on to do exactly that. Stay classy.

We would have won and the game would have ended. They would have tied and gone to OT.

Not the same.

This is unbelievable to me. I been a diehard Michigan fan my whole life, but I lived in Tallahassee for 27 years and I am a Seminole fan too. To have this insanity in back-to-back weeks, to my two teams. Is this really real? I feel like I should root for Sparty next week so theyll lose in ridiculous fashion.
