Nothing substantial to report yet. However, multiple credible sources are reporting that both OL Blake Bars and WR Da'Mario Jones are no longer with the team.

That is a good plan, but my wife went to a different law school and we met years later. I just said F it and moved to Los Angeles. It put me back for a bit while I re-figured out my life, but I was making good money about the same time my law school classmates were.

I've done government and large law firms. Government is more fun, and big law has its downsides of course, but there really aren't many jobs out there in that pay range that are much better. If you truly enjoy writing and legal argument, it's a great career choice. I understand I'm in the minority on that, though.

Over the past 40 years, I've done government, big law, medium law and very small law.  Right now a partner with a 150 lawyer firm, and I have been happy in all settings although happier in some than others, but that is more a reflection on the character of the institution than the practice of law.

After practicing law for nearly two decades, yesterday I discovered that my true calling in life may be as a shamanic healer. Don't think it pays as well, but more interesting to talk about at certain parties.

Yes he is from Nashville. His brother committed to play for ND a few years after Blake. They both attended Montgomery Bell Academy which is 15 minutes from the Vanderbilt campus here in Nashville. One degree from Michigan alone is great, yet another from Vandy, that says a lot about Blake. Good luck and good for him.

Rumors about these two have been around for a while, so it's not that surprising. Bars wants to get started with law school. Jones wants more playing time.
