Early game open thread

Early games:

Northwestern at Nebraska.  Winner gets to be known as "NU" by third parties.

Iowa State at Baylor.  Can this rainstorm slow down the Bears?

Clemson at Miami.  Is Clemson for real?

Houston at UCF.  Herman is still undefeated as a head coach.

Pittsburgh at Syracuse.  Battle of former defensive coordinators in the state of Michigan (Narduzzi vs. Shafer)

Auburn at Arkansas.  Can Bielema put the tire fire out?

Georgia Florida will be interesting. Mark RIcht will win this game and everyone will be wondering what the hell happened the past 2 weeks.

Edit: nvm that's next week. Welp... there is nothing good on this weekend.

I guess I'll watch IU in hopes of an upset against MSU..

Oh man. The Texas punter mishandled the punt just like he did earlier in a game. So, now everytime this happens, they are going to refer this to Michigan game (even though in this case the snap was awful). Stop reminding us of the other play.

Well... if anyone understands our pain... Texas understands...

Their punter and kicker blew back to back games for them against Cal and oSu...

The odds of those 2 happening in the same season back to back has got to be lower than our's right?

So many great uniforms from past decades have been blown to crap with alternates or moderized redesigns. Pitt, Washington, UCLA to name a few. Nebraska look wutdafuq today. But you can probably go back and look at just about every program's unis in the 80's and 90's and find that they're better.

Auburn and Arkansas are not good at football this year. Wanted a laugh so I went back and looked at preseason rankings. SEC had Tennessee, Mizzou, Arkansas, Ole Miss, Georgia, and Auburn in the rankings, with those last 2 in the top 10. I'm dying over here. Alabama and LSU were also ranked, but they're the only SEC teams that deserved to be..
