If I post this on the Interwebs somewhere for friends to lul at, how can I cite you? It's not gonna be plastered all over or anything, just on facebook probably and people might see it and save, repost, etc.
I think it's awesome, and hilarious, and thus has high potential to go viral in some capacity, so if I post it I need to be sure I give credit. I can just say octal9 of MGoBlog or whatevs, up to you.

This should go at the top of the board FAQ.
The "Are you sure? -> yes/no" part was a little confusing though. Seems like you'd want to respond "yes" to "are you sure?"
