I can think of few I would rather hear than Brian.
Yeah, that would be pretty awesome. And if he was going to do any games, I don't see why they wouldn't be MIchigan. I really liked his dad for a long time, and he didn't even win us a national championship.
What other school can match UM's list of media types? Specifically, how many schools have this many former athletes in high-profile gigs? I'd guess that there are a few.
* Webber (NBA TV)
* Rose (ESPN)
* (Desmond) Howard (ESPN)
* Griese (wherever)
* Dhani Jones (everywhere)
* Dan Dierdorf (reaching back)
Am I missing anyone? Locally and regionally, UM also has Tim McCormick, Jimmy King, and Dugan Fife.
Dana Jacobson (ESPN)
Burt Sugar (Ring Mag; legendary boxing analyst)
David Schuster (MSNBC; not my fave, but an alum)
Rich Eisen of the NFL Network and ESPN.
* Sorry I guess he doesn't meet the criteria of a past athlete at Michigan.
Don't forget Brandy, doing double duty all fall.
Eric Kucilious (sp?) that often guest hosts Mike and Mike in the Morning.
...has hosted "College Football Live" on numerous occasions...and has been a serious d-bag when fanning the flames of RichRod's seat.
the late, great Bill Flemming
Adam Schefter, ESPN NFL insider.
I know Griese said that he pitched to ESPN the idea of he and his dad doing the Michigan/Purdue game.
It will be a while before we hear announcer pairings for any games outside of the first week.
As long as Michigan wins I don't care who calls the game.
Go Blue!!
Never forget that it was I who awared you your first mgopoint.
Aware.
Less Spielman
Less Pam Ward
How can she still be calling games ??? Honestly ! She is beyond horrible !
again thank you
