Braylon Edwards upset his brother (Berkely Edwards) hasn't been offered.

Submitted by kaykaybroke on

Some tweets from braylon edwards suggest he's upset that Hoke and co. haven't offered his younger brother yet.

With the way recruiting is going though, don't forsee any point in the near future where an offer to berkeley is given.

I will say this, regardless of what braylon addressed this, after watching his brother's film, I for one came away pretty darn impressed, more impressed than when I watched some other runningbacks highlights that were supposed to be pretty good.

Since Braylon knows Coach Hoke so well, wouldnt one think that HE would call Hoke to see where his brother stands, instead of taking it to twitter?

Especially since Hoke takes no part in twitter/facebook/email and will never see what Braylon is talking about.  Won't Stan and Braylon be around spring camp anyways? Why not do a face to face. Seems like it was more of a knee jerk reaction to finding out that another person has committed for 2013.

Braylon (quite rightfully!!) drew praise from all over, for having made a promise to a class of Cleveland kids with whom he had no other relation than having been a former member of the Browns, to sponsor scholarships.

But he's apparently offended about the mere possibility of doing something like that for Berkley.

I'm willing to stop right here, take a deep breath, and let Braylon explain himself.  Or let Stan explain Braylon for everybody else.  (That usually works better.)  But has there ever been an occasion when things have been improved by Braylon explaining himself?

I haven't heard much out of Edwards the younger, but maybe Hoke just doesn't want to deal with Braylon-like attitudes for the next four years.

Well, Braylon is in wonderful company right now.  You won't believe how many alums and important people are (and will be) contacting the University to see why their kid wasn't offered admission.  'Tis the season.

Braylon really needs to stop thinking he runs the team.  He got away with his crap when RR was in Ann Arbor because of the backstabbing that was going on.  He isn't going to get away with pulling anything on Brady Hoke, because Hoke has too much support.

Braylon is just another alum now who thinks his donation buys him the right to make decisions for the coaching staff.  Someone, whether it's an ex-coach or a good friend, needs to text four letters to Braylon now:  STFU.
