Anyone's Mgoblueshop order ship yet?

I placed 2 different orders on the 15th and 17th and neither one has shipped. They both say submitted, but nothing is there for tracking info. I was just wondering if anyone else has had an item ship yet? I used a visa gift card and it would be nice to use it if for some reason that are going to cancel orders.

Still havent received anything about my order that I placed on the 15th. Hasn't posted on my credit card either, though I assume when it ships it will.

I contacted them today, and they said the overwhelming response to their promotion delayed shipping. Should ship in 2-3 days, they claimed. I ordered the night of 4/15.

they said they were swamped at the warehouse and are working to get everything out. My order was on the 17th and they said everything looks fine and they are trying to get orders shipped ASAP.

I'm in pretty much the same boat as everyone else. I ordered on the 19th and it's yet to show up on my credit card. It's good to know I'm not the only one.

I ordered mine on the 17th and I haven't heard anything. Furthermore, when I try and log back in, I'm not having any luck and nothing has been charged to my credit card. Argh.

My order went out this morning but hasn't received a tracking number yet. When I get a tracking number (hopefully tomorrow) they'll send it via email. I'll keep you updated.

One on the 15th and one on the 19th. The order from the 19th shipped on the 21st and arrived on the 23rd. I have received zero useful information on the order from the 15th, unless you consider "still processing" useful. I was told this when I called on the 20th asking about the first order. Note: My first order was chock full of "hot" items that were no doubt slammed in terms of demand (hockey jersey, bball shorts, cheap sideline polos, cheap t-shirts). I'm going to call again tomorrow morning. Edit: Thanks to those who called and inquired.

Good to know I'm not alone, though it sucks to know I'll have to keep waiting for my new stylish threads to arrive (I've been awaiting the mailman like a kid at Christmas). Guess I can't really complain though since I got two shirts and a hat for like seven bucks.

I have 3 orders that I am waiting on. two placed on the 16th and one on the 19th. They showed on my bank statement the day after but have now disappeared. Waiting on shipment confirmation. Checked the site and they all still say submitted. I hope that evrything I ordered will still be in stock when the fulfill my order.

They must only have one guy running the shipping department 2 hours a day. How hard is it to grab a pick list, pull the item off the shelf, box up and process? Ten minutes? I don't see why it's taking so long.

I was wondering the same thing last Friday so I did a live chat on their website and they told me like everyone else has said that there was a delay. My first order I checked out on the first morning around 10a and a couple minutes after chatting with mgoblueshop.com I received a tracking number and the box came on Saturday. She told me the 2nd order I placed is fine and should be shipped by today or tomorrow.

I just got off the phone and they confirmed that they did get my order. Like everyone else said, they're just swamped. They gave me an order number (which I hadn't received since I never received an email) and said everything was fine with my order. They also said they won't charge the credit card until the order is processed.

If anyone had trouble with the coupon (as I did) know that your orders are going through a higher-up to make sure the coupon is credited to you when your order ships. These order are taking a bit longer b/c they are getting personal attention.

I placed an order on the 15th and got a confirmation e-mail the same day. On the 23rd, I got a second e-mail telling me that one of the items was "no longer available". To make it all better, they offered 10% off a future $50 purchase (weak). My shipping confirmation came today, one item short. I wonder how many of you are in the same boat and will receive bad news soon. They shouldn't confirm orders their asses can't fill...

Ordered the 15th and got email on 16th. After a week I called and wa on hold forever. Did a "chat" online which was no help. Sent an email complaint and got a shipping id in a few minutes. I did get everything I ordered, but the T-Shirts are quite thin. They're worth 50% off, but not much more.

Just checked and I replied to their order confirmation email that had all the information on it. My email was short and sweet. "Where's my stuff? It's been a week!" I also did the chat and when they want to know how helpful the chat was I unloaded and said it was one of the worst stores I've ever purchased stuff online. Made sure I put my order # there too. Good luck. I feel bad because I only found out about the deal after you posted. Thanks.

for one of my orders and it was being shipped to Statesville, NC. That really sucks because I don't live in NC. Hopefully the dude is a Michigan fan :(

Beyond unprofessional - 2 hrs to place an order, I placed 2 on the 17th. Played the guessing game of figuring out which item was not in stock because the genius who did the programming on this site didn't have the ability to code such complex logic that identified the item. Talked with the folks on chat, on the phone...only thing I'm ever told is the order is being processed.... How can UM hire such bozos? You cannot login to the site (endless loop,) you can't track orders, you can't be sure that items ordered will be delivered, and you certainly can't place an order 2.5 wks before a big party and expect your stuff to be delivered on time. What a horrendous site.

But, one order is listed as "in process" and the other as "submitted." UM really shouldn't be associated with these bozos. There is no reason to wait 11 days for a status on an order to change, my stuff should have been here days ago. I wrote to the AD about not being able to login, maybe they listened? Hope people flood AD with complaints. This vendor needs to hire extra help, and pick and ship those orders ASAP.

So I sent a nastygram to MGoBlueShop via their "Contact Us" page because I didn't feel like being on hold forever as others had noted, telling them I couldn't believe it had been two weeks since I ordered and still no useful information had been provided.

Well, lo and behold, I received the following this morning in my inbox:

Thank you for your interest in the M Go Blue Shop. We strive to provide the best and most accurate information for our fans and we work hard with you in mind.

In regards to your question, we would like to inform you that we show the order has shipped and the tracking will be sent shortly.

All I can say is it is about freaking time.

Using history as a guide, you will get an invalid shipping ID and in about 3 days you will be able to track it.  It took 4 days after that to get my stuff.

I think that anyone can generate a tracking number just by saying to USPS we're going to ship a box this big () and weighs this much (), please give us a shipping number so we can print the label.

I don't think anything ships when you get that email.

This will be my last order from them.  Shirts are so thin they are almost one-sided, but the $4 hats are just fine.

I got another email later in the afternoon telling me that according to their records, my order had shipped on the 26th.  Sure enough, when I got home there was a box sitting in front of my apartment door.  Of course their email promised a tracking number to be emailed "shortly" (which of course never happened), but I don't care.  I got my shit and it all seems to fit pretty well.

I have not even received the confirmation e-mail so I called them and they told me that my order was in and they will ship it "soon".  I have no idea when soon is.

Also, I had an issue logging into my account.  I was at work and I was annoyed and would just mash on my mouse on the login button.  This then proceeded to login me into some unknown person's account.
