Anthony Herron tells The Herd UM will dominate PSU
I've not seen any other pundit/writer/personality pick UM, much less predict domination. There's a lot of feelings ball here, but it made me feel good when I heard it anyway. Everyone's got an opinion, but I like his.

Okee Dokee then.
I like the way you think, Mr. Pac 12 Network Analyst.

To be fair, what Pac 12 Analyst wouldn't be predicting an undefeated team getting dominated after last weekend.

Could be fishing for more followers/readers/exposure from a very large fan base... but hey I'm with this guy!

I personally don’t see how they move the ball on us and vice versa ... It should be a battle of field position 20-10 Michigan
October 20th, 2017 at 4:48 PM ^
Battle of the turnover game.
IF Michigan can protect the ball, it will be a close game.
The team that wins the turnover margin will win.

Is that Boom?
October 20th, 2017 at 4:07 PM ^
No he played at Iowa back in the late 90's or something. He's defending his comments on twitter currently.

6-3 michigan final
October 20th, 2017 at 4:09 PM ^
Its hard for me to envision a game with fewer than 4 TDs scored combined given the talent and skill on O, D and ST for both squads. There will be WTF moments on both sides, and some of those will lead to big plays.
As Ace said I think it'll be a rock fight interrupted by X number of big plays.

"Oh, I like this guy and wish to subscribe to his magazine"
October 20th, 2017 at 4:15 PM ^
Well I don't know about that...
October 20th, 2017 at 4:23 PM ^
that we throw for over 60 yards?!
October 20th, 2017 at 4:24 PM ^
I agree with that prediction, and the points made. Football is as much psychological as it is physical. I can see how we could lose this game, but my gut has this as a W.
October 20th, 2017 at 8:30 PM ^
I'm having a similar sense of the Maize and Blue going into Happy Valley turning it into not so Happy Valley.
October 20th, 2017 at 4:25 PM ^
That was a pretty hot take
October 20th, 2017 at 6:51 PM ^
what a hot take is anymore.
October 20th, 2017 at 9:15 PM ^
I don't even know what a hot take was to begin with.
October 20th, 2017 at 4:27 PM ^
I hope we win this one. I wasn't going to watch the game. But somebody else says we have a shot at winning. Who am I to question experts. Go Blue!
October 20th, 2017 at 4:29 PM ^
24-6 PSU
Night game in happy valley could be kryptonite to our young secondary especially when they are staring into the backfield looking for the best RB in the country.
The offense has no shot other than to hit the big plays they have missed.
Im going in with low expectations so I set my self up for one hell of a saturday night. Go Blue
October 20th, 2017 at 4:34 PM ^
doesn't scare me as much as our Oline does. If they can control the line of scrimmage, we win. Period. I have a feeling they took a step forward last week.
October 20th, 2017 at 6:10 PM ^
they have to score to win and wow how bold you to be worried about the Oline.
October 20th, 2017 at 4:46 PM ^
Great stats from playing Georgia State School for the Blind and a few high schools. As PSU plays teams with real defenses his stats are looking much more ordinary.
It has been very quiet here in the belly of the beast. The homers that do spout off quickly quiet down when I mention their pathetic schedule. They have convinced themselves Northwestern was a quality win.
October 20th, 2017 at 6:13 PM ^
He is the best back in the country no disputing it and if you read the preview you would have seen the part about Iowa.
I said I was worried about Dbacks because I trust the Dline and LBs to contain barkley.
October 20th, 2017 at 7:57 PM ^
I'm not saying Barkley sucks but his stats are terribly inflated. Royce Freeman is also a very good Rb with more TD and nearly the same YPC against better competition.
October 20th, 2017 at 4:40 PM ^
And he makes a few really good points. Barkley has only rushed for over 100yds twice, and they have played garbage teams.
October 20th, 2017 at 4:42 PM ^
3-2 good guyzzzz!!!!!
October 20th, 2017 at 5:40 PM ^
That could actually happen. Nordin's leg is a bigger asset than the O-line is a liability. I hope.
October 20th, 2017 at 5:02 PM ^
Please delete.
October 20th, 2017 at 4:50 PM ^
If our offense was even average...hell, if it was even mediocre, that would be plausible. But when you can't trust your QB to throw the ball more than 2-3 yards downfield, I don't see a successful gameplan for winning. Much less dominating the #2 team in the country.
All I know is that unless we win, the masses are going to be calling for Peters to start next Saturday. Especially if O'Korn is who costs Michigan the game.
October 20th, 2017 at 10:11 PM ^
Okorn has made about 8 throws in the past 2.5 games that were on the money and dropped by underclassmen receivers.
No, he isn't terrific. But he isn't as bad as his numbers suggest either. If our wideouts can catch the balls thrown at them this game could become winnable quick.
October 20th, 2017 at 5:02 PM ^
He keeps saying that Harbaugh relishes the underdog role and is reminding everyone who will listen of what he did to Pete Carroll and his Trojans...
October 20th, 2017 at 5:17 PM ^
should be our advantage. Just throw to the open receiver and all is good. Open means no one covering.
October 20th, 2017 at 5:32 PM ^
I like the cut of his jib.
October 20th, 2017 at 5:38 PM ^
I’m not sure how anyone can feel good about our chances after seeing our quarterback play, play calling, turnover issues, and red zone efficiency. Just in total not a recipe for night game upset in happy valley against a team with Barkley. Hurts to say it nonetheless.
October 20th, 2017 at 6:47 PM ^
But we're DUUUUUUEEEEEEEEE!
October 20th, 2017 at 7:46 PM ^
Would argue that Harbaugh has played it close to the vest. I am guessing he would have opened things up against MSU, but new QB combined with weather kept that from happening. I can see him digging deep in the play book this week.
October 20th, 2017 at 8:01 PM ^
lol of course Harbaugh hasn't "opened" the playbook--he doesn't have the offense capable of executing that. Hell, they can't even execute basic stuff. Calling more complicated plays won't solve the offensive problem. In fact, it'll undoubtedly make things worse.
October 20th, 2017 at 5:44 PM ^
I believe we can dominate the lines on both sides of the ball. In addition there is a good chance we knock their QB out of the game due to their leaky OL.
October 20th, 2017 at 6:39 PM ^
yes please!
October 20th, 2017 at 7:02 PM ^
P-ew doesn't need to knock our QB out of the game. O'Korn just needs to continue his regular play and we cannot win. He doesn't see the field. After five years. It's why I'm not optimistic. We must nail every aspect of the game to have a chance to win. I'll watch, at least for awhile, but damn man we need a QB to make it work.
October 20th, 2017 at 7:09 PM ^
Isn't that what we all wanted to believe going into the MSU game? Didn't quite work out like that.
October 20th, 2017 at 5:47 PM ^
Will be Karan Higdon.
M wins.
