Mates,

Cincy was down 21-3, I come in from chores and plowing at its 21-21 at the end of 3.  How 'bout those Bengals?   No game thread?  After last week it seems advisable.  Let's hope for another thrilling ending.

was a nice pick, but its no pic if the ball isn't thrown 3-4 yds short.

this game has gotten very interesting.  digging it.  i guess i could say i'm rooting for cincy b/c they haven't won anything since the super bowl last century (checks lions' record. sighs.  cries.)  KC has won it recently.

Yep, they are pretty weighty, "Trapper Mike" proudly showed many of us his pelts occasionally.  I borrowed a couple of his traps years ago because woodchucks kept invading my garden; I'm wondering now if he has some large enough to deal with an overinflated beaver.

I worked with "Trapper Mike" (as we called him, though he also picked up the nickname "Tab Hunter" because he downed at least a half dozen cans of Tab™ daily) until about 3 decades ago when he married and started a family in the Holland-Zeeland area.  Though I lost track of him many years ago, I bet he's still in the area, he had tons of family in the area.

Can't believe the choke job KC is pulling here...  They are completely discombobulated.  And Mahommes has no energy sitting on the bench right now.

it is.  24-21 and you can't count KC out even if they've flailed in the 2nd half.  they weren't great early vs. buffalo but turned it on.  i have no doubt they can do that here.  looking forward to more fireworks.

KC center got away with a vicious hold on that run.  he jerked the chest plate on the blitzing mike linebacker who was going to blow up that play.  oh man, they got lucky.

The second Cincy didn’t recover that fumble, it was game over for them.

KC wins the toss, and they are gonna go right down the field and score here.

The fact that both teams don’t get a chance in OT is a joke.

When did clotheslining become legal in the NFL? Wasn't it banned for years? Or has it always been legal? It always reminds me of that scene in the original The Longest Yard

Stupid end to the 1st half that no NFL ever does?  Best offense in the NFL and they cannot do anything in the 2nd half? Most dynamic QB in the game is throwing shitty little screens and the offense has zero creativity?

I’m on the conspiracy side. Bengals - SF rematch from the highest rated SB in history sure feels like a storyline the NFL wants.
