Can we all agree now for no live blog?
I think at this point that's a given... Awesomeness!! :) My weekend has been made!
Now stop live-blogging the Dow, would ya?
Actually I don't believe Brian does live-blog the Dow and that is obviously the problem.
He must start live-blogging the Dow immediately!!
MGoBlog Live-Blogs of M games = BAD
MGoBlog Live-Blog of Dow = Good
Final Four here we come!
Woooo!
Great game for LLP. DeShawn and Manny were there when we needed them.
That's more like it.
LLP saved our season twice now, first at Indiana and now vs. Minn. MVT - Most valuable transfer (eat it Gibson, Lee).
Feel these nipples!
My fellow Americans, our long national nightmare is over.
Queue up One Shining Moment stat!
Thank you for not hosting a Live Blog

I'm ssssinging in the rain
Just ssiiiinging in the rain
What a glooorrrious feeeling
Looking like an idiot spinning in circles singing The Victors on State Street in the pouring rain, while freshman orientation groups walk by and stare.
To ye who saw the freak singing alone outside Ashley's this afternoon while Misopogal tried to stem the tide of embarrassment, this is what happens if you give a man Brian Ellerbe and Tommy Amaker for his college career.
Special apologies to whomever is getting married at the League today. May your lives together be a constant road win.
Ha, I know the feeling. (I attended U-M from 1998-2003.) This feels like getting out of jail.
...to see those damn muppets. Yeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!
I spilled hot coffee all over myself when that dunk happened
Sir, this is Maverick and Goose requesting fly-by.
Well I'll be damned!!
must have gone to bermuda for a few weeks. This week has been surreal. Everything that had to go our way did this last week and here we are on the verge of the NCAA tourney at least a year or two ahead of any realistic expectations.
I just hope we don't drop that first game if we play Iowa or Indiana. If we do, all this may be for naught. Either way, it's good to be a Wolverine.
When was the last time an Amaker team had to win 2 of 3 tough games to get a bid and did? (crickets chirping). Thought so...
You know how I asked before for World Peace? Forget it this win was enough!
Sincerely,
your faithful follower
That's funny! And yeah, he played like Bernie at a poker game. All bizness today. Welcome back LLP.
I have no words. I think I speak for a lot of us when I say that we really needed that to bring the universe at least partially back into alignment.
Two bullets from last year's debacle against Minnesota (which was at home, but whatever)
# Even the two four-star guys on the roster are kinda crappy: Sims is a horrendous defender and rebounder and Harris is a turnover machine. Ten Minnesota points were a direct result of Harris getting the ball slapped out of his hands.
# They're going to be bad again next year. Lucas-Perry won't be eligible until midseason and the current recruits, while undoubtedly better than Jerrett Smith at all things, are not exactly instant impact types.
Two impact freshmen in the starting lineup, some maturation by the aforementioned four-star guys, and a year of learning a complex system and a 10-22 team quickly turns into a potential 20-win, NCAA tournament team.
Great pre-game speech by Merritt tonight, I never get sick of those. Allowing the tv networks to film those...yet another reason why Beilein is awesome.
Sleeve-less Manny Harris + Live blog-less MGoBlog = Huge Michigan Win
Make a Beilein for the Dance baby!!!
Now that I think about it, did Manny take off his undershirt for the second half?
Why are we hopscotching back and forth from out of the tournament to the 11 or 12 seed? Does one or two games really push us that far up and over the other 12-16 teams at the end of the list?
13 through 16 seeds are always teams that win crappy little conferences. Last at-large teams are usually 11 and 12 seeds, and maybe the occasional 13.
Even Jay Bilas says we're in lol. Michigan in the dance is now FACT not fiction.
Muppet T&W is OK for celebrations like this, but should we make the tournament, it would be Peanut Butter Jelly Time.
To quote the wolf, "let's not start suckin' each other's d**ks quite yet." A win vs Iowa = 20 wins and in. Not sure what happens if we lay another turd against them Thursday.
