MSU has the hot hand

I would think they'd want to match up with Villanova instead of UNC.

Magic was a great player but

he lied about how he got HIV.

MSU really did a great job in containing U Conn and Thabeet.

How did Andre Smith pass?

That dude was TOTALLY on the juice!

Webber

Webber is a jerk. He's not sorry for what he did. He has no remorse. Michigan will come back from the damage he did but U of M should never recognize nor honor the prick. U of M will need to build it's basketball legacy with Beilein and hopefully that will happen.

Catch the preview of BRUNO (Funny stuff)

it's R rated so be careful where you watch it and who you watch it with. You have to enter a birthdate to access it

Brokeback Mountain (no homo)

You could see the beginning of the JOKER in Heath in that movie.

Right

And it could be Chuck Taylor. Point is UM looks to be out of the running for this kid.

Copy and pasting with macs

highlight the link using your mouse. Put cursor either infront or behind the link when the cursor is in the arrow and not the hand and then scroll over the link highlighting it. then APPLE key +C which will copy the highlighted link.

Then come here and apple key +V to paste it. As easy as the staples easy button.

And talking about recruiting, looks bad for OH Taylor Hicks. The kid is a monster even though he looks like Rocky from the Movie mask in one of his pictures.

Roids

ERic Lichter, OSU director of Football "Perfomance", was arrested back in the 90's for distribution of DRUGS as part of a federal sting. He was working at Gym at the time. The drugs where not roids but if you have seen how built Eric is, it's not too difficult to assume he had some chemical "help" in sculpting his body. We also have seen just how thick and ripped Vern was. If TP want roids for his bunghole, he would know exactly who to ask for help.

controlling a stiffy

Sure one could. But how effective was anyone doing that to TP?
He bulldozed over everyone last year. My guess is that opposing players just weren't expecting it and couldn't adjust to over come his bitch slap.

What ever size he is...

the kid can stiff arm with the best. Michigan needs some tackling dummies that throw stiff arms so the D can learn how to counter act a stiffy

You'll get a fine medical education at OSU

Plus you'll get to experiment on a lot of drunk OSU fans and see diseases you'd never see anywhere else.

A med education is pretty much the same anywhere. Whether you are first in your class or last in your class, you still get that M.D. at the end of your name.

What are the chances

That Scooby puts on ~15# by Sept while keeping his speed intact?

Chances are

If he puked on Barwis while he told him he had to run, he would have gotten out of running. You must be from WV too.

If he was smart

he would have puked on Barwis. But then again, he is from WV.

Buahahahahah!!!

GM could go 55-0 this season

With Obama as the new head coach, it's possible! Look how well he did with his bracket. Plus you get to see a great dunk.

And look for Rick Wagoner to transfer to U of M as UM is in his top 5. I hear he runs the 40 in 4.3 seconds and throws a great spiral. UM could use his leadership abilities.

Have a great Manic Monday.

HAHA!!! +∞

excellent response.

Here's the dreamshake

Ditto on the great find

But like a typical ebay seller, they hosed you on shipping.

My favorite group right now is

Marquis and the F**k Lions.

Best song is "I can drink 40 ounces of beer in 2 minutes and 37 seconds."

How bout this name..

http://recruiting.scout.com/2/850715.html

Just say out loud his last name first and then his initials. UM needs to get on him too.

Ok

If you'd rather not have me post relevant UM information I won't! I am sure most like you don't really want to know.
And thank you for letting me know you and others would rather treat others like crap on here instead of getting info about the school that they love. You win!

Funny

All the breaks (pun intended) have gone in Tate's favor. It happened in his recruitment as he saw the Newsome decommit giving him the opening to verbal. And then with the decommit of Beaver. He grads early and comes in to get experience and now this. The path is wide open for him. I think he relishes this.

Is it too late

to rescind Threet's transfer request?

oy vey!!!

that's definitely not part of his wrist injury.

Barnum is injured

it's not a rumor. He has a wrist injury he's practicing through but most likely will have surgery after spring ball.

Cone Bone

that sucks. Who's then going to update RR's twitter and faceplant page?

Maybe

Big Will 2.0 wasn't feeling UM because he was buying into the negative recruiting being force fed to him. Once he actually saw practice and talked to the coaches he realized he was being lied to by others who have an invested interest in having him go to MSU. Just a theory...

Did Carr ever do this?

I would be surprised if he ever did spam the entire student body but I think this is a great idea by Coach Rod. Nice personal touch to get students involved. He emails, twitters and facebooks! All he needs to do now is do his own podcast and list his iPod playlist.

I wonder if he sent out a 2nd email asking for anyone who can kick a football? :P

A bit harsh on Hopson

Here's a Southern Guy trying to lure Southern recruits up to the Northern arctic, or at least that how Southerners probaly view Michigan. That's no easy feat. Give him credit for keeping these kids interested up till signing day. The success of this staff in the South run rings around anything Carr did in his era. Give it time. The more Southern kids that succeed in Rod's program the more he'll have success in getting kids to entertain and commit to Michigan.

He did mention

That Barwis makes the best chocolate milk ever.

that's not good

It's frickin fantastic. My understanding is that Michigan just cleared a huge path for itself in his mind. The kid stayed an extra day. Unless outside factors get in the way, I believe he is UM's to lose.

If only

life imitated video games.

Coming from

Beilein himself per his conversation on WTKA with Sam Webb this morning. I am guessing as guest analyst should he be able to make it.

And Beilein needs 3 point shooters like this..

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_gsEkRLeY_E

Let's just say

He was blown away with his visit to UM. He stayed an extra day to catch Saturday's practice. I think U of M will be with him till the end. Not saying he'll be a Wolverine but that UM has a strong chance to get his services.

The biggest obstacle will be negating the negative recruiting that will be used. He will be to told that UM doesn't produce NFL caliber O linemen in the type of offense that RR runs.

Talking bout F Lions

I think Slocum is trying this out for a new job...

http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2009/03/090323-lion-whisperer-v…

they were on Adidas website

they must have taken them down as I am guessing they weren't meant to be sold to the general public

Getting a verbal from

Caleb Lavey this weekend would be sweet, though not betting on it. He's a high motor type of guy that flys to the ball carrier and punishes them. That's what UM needs more of and hopefully we'll see that this year.

Find what's playing in your zip code here

And damn it that CBS isn't showing the game in my region.

In the words of the venerable Lloyd Carr

A win is possible but not probable.

Still, I hope UM upsets Oklahomo.

In deed

winning the big 10 (though sucking in bowl games) and $500 pay outs in the form of secret handshakes and nice cheap leases on Hyundai Sonatas (that they can return if they end up not qualifying) will help land players. Might want to add that they have a "Director of Athletic Performance" by the name of Eric "ass" Lichter who has a past record for distributing drugs might also help. These kids know that they'll have a good pipeline to enhancement drugs.

Now you know why Martin won't do night games

because you guys would end up being so drunk you'll puke all over everyone like Paul Rudd does to John Favreau in I LOVE YOU MAN during their beer drinking scene.

Bucknut thoughtology

buckholes think they have the inside track for everyone they desperately want as a recruit.

Phew

I thought this was another useless thread about wanting to lynch me or about who I am or am not.

To stay on track, if U of M can pull off the biggest upset of the tournament tomorrow, they'll have taken down a huge armada of cannons in Oklahomo.

Obama's other mistake

Funny how some are coming to Barack's defense over this while raising hell over other president's activities. Bottom line is the President is usually always working or having his advisers working even when on their so called vacations.

What Obama needs to be more worried about is VERY STUPID remark he made on Leno that could hurt him big time. This is why he always needs a script and a teleprompter, because without one, he says things like this

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JKlYT2bseII

The past is the past

What exactly is the point of rehashing something in the past when we just saw a very important win for Michigan? Michigan basketball is back and my suggestion is to live in the present than in the past as some of you enjoy doing.

One thing is for sure

Obama doesn't make many good choices. He obviously didn't consult with his teleprompter before picking.

A real answer

Unfortunately you are experiencing the one problem with this board and that there are a ton of arrogant jerks on here.

While I don't know the inside story, I think it all came down to the fact that Sam was homesick and just didn't "fit" in with the team. Hope that somewhat answers your question since no one has the decency to answer it.

Scwhing!

Thanks for the update! You've been silent around here.

I don't want to get into politics

But I will quickly reply with:

Would he be any worse than the incompetent yahoos that have run Michigan now? And while I don't buy the argument that someone that has run a business well would make for a good Governor or Pol --because the dynamics of governing a state/country is much different than running a business-- a guy who has run a business does have some idea of responsibility that pure pols who's only job has been a politician don't typically have.
