like I said on twitter: that was almost as intense as Iowa NIT games

I believe you can locate that vendor in Australia. |
| 3 years 42 weeks ago | Situational QBs? |
Well, I guess situational QBs might work for one game. But, wouldn't it be pretty easy for ND to figure out each QBs "situation" and then defense each QB accordingly? |
| 3 years 42 weeks ago | In or Out? |
Actually, they are making the seats wider. So, it is probably doubtful they would shrink in the future. |
| 3 years 42 weeks ago | No Van |
Brian doesn't own a van. Perhaps the back seat of that fine car of his (a Buick?). |
| 3 years 42 weeks ago | Let Them Play |
At least the "criminals" have paid for their mistakes (unlike players that use PEDs and remain on the field). Vick is in bankruptcy court as we type and everyone there wants him in the NFL. About 70-80 percent of his salary for the next 6 years will got to taxes and creditors. |
| 3 years 42 weeks ago | You Betcha |
It shows up just fine on my screen and is only about 2 inches wide. It would be about 3-4 times larger on the T. I would make the lettering larger and put it on two lines. Great, great shirt. |
| 3 years 42 weeks ago | Yes |
Plus, the added height of these seats above the stadium floor makes it even less of an experience. I've been in several stadiums for away games and usually get stuck up in the rafters of the upper deck. Our seats at the Big House are simply orgasmic in comparison. |
| 3 years 42 weeks ago | Correct! |
Best Case: "being the best result that could be expected UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES" (emphasis added). Otherwise best case for every team would be undefeated and worst case would be winless. Rendering any analysis useless. |

Great T-shirt!! Might be a problem with the Block M. I did a sign and had to slightly change the block M before the printer would do it. (I put a slight downturn on the bottom of each leg.) |
| 3 years 42 weeks ago | NY Scouts Disagreed |
Obviously, the NFL scouts (at least in NY) saw something PC did not see. NFL teams are not in the habit of using a first round (#5 pick overall) to select players that are not ready to play in the NFL. |
| 3 years 42 weeks ago | Ready Versus Successful |
Actually, I did not state that, since Sanchez was named the starter, he would be a successful NFL QB. That would be a completely ridiculous statement! I stated that this was a clear indication (proof?) that he is "ready to play" in the NFL. Other points indicating he was ready to leave USC: Obviously, only time will tell if he is successful. |

Thanks, my post ("WRONG") was merely trying to dispel the idea that this was NOT censorship. By every definition I can find, it is. I made no value judgment about whether the censorship was good or bad. |
| 3 years 42 weeks ago | Huh? |
OK, you certainly can criticize me for using wiki. But, you or anyone else did not provide another definition. What is your source? |
| 3 years 42 weeks ago | OK, You Sucked Me In |
I did not boo. But, no one was booing Sheridan as a "bad person". I suppose anyone who boos should say, "You are a fine upstanding person but your performance on that last play was: "BOO" |
| 3 years 42 weeks ago | WRONG |
From wiki: "Censorship is the suppression of speech or deletion of communicative material which may be considered objectionable, harmful, sensitive, or inconvenient to the government or media organizations as determined by a censor." |
| 3 years 42 weeks ago | Not True |
We all know that the hat we wear, or what we eat at the tailgate, or what our facial hair looks like, or what we post on this blog is the ONLY thing that has to do if we win or lose. |
| 3 years 42 weeks ago | Have to admit |
I'm intrigued also. Haven't been to any of the practices. Is Robinson constantly pulling on the shoelaces to tighten them? |
| 3 years 42 weeks ago | Somebody has to lose! |
Whoa, folks, for M to crack the top 25, a lot of teams already there have to lose. The non-conference schedules for most teams (I haven't checked them all) are so weak that it is quite likely that few of the top 25 will actually lose in the first 3 or 4 weeks. Obviously when we crush ND, that is one team out of the top 25. But, that coupled with even two other lopsided wins over WMU and EMU just won't do it. |
| 3 years 42 weeks ago | Weak Schedule |
It's a pretty weak schedule. I'd say perhaps at 4-0. Definitely when we go 5-0 after a big win at MSU, we'll be in the top 25. |
| 3 years 42 weeks ago | Twelve |
.. |
| 3 years 43 weeks ago | Hopefully the Full Monte |
A bakers dozen. Uh, yeah, that would be 13. We will be in a bowl game this year. |
| 3 years 43 weeks ago | Not you in the pic? |
So, that is not you in the avatar? |
| 3 years 43 weeks ago | Moustache ONLY? |
Those look like full on beards in some photos or goatee in other photos. Any photos of Brian with the stache only?? |
| 3 years 43 weeks ago | No correlation |
There is no direct correlation between O and D in college football. Using Scoring: Tennessee O = # 115, D = #10 USC O = #22, D = #1 |
| 3 years 43 weeks ago | Chicken or the Egg? |
This certainly falls into the chicken or egg controversy. But, statistically U/M D had one of its worst years ever. Laying that all on the O is silly. And, we know which coach got fired. |
| 3 years 43 weeks ago | Well, |
Statistics do not agree. OSU Game: TOP 1st half U/M 14 minutes (so, osu would be 16 minutes). Hardly an indication the defense is exhausted. But the D fell apart in the 2nd half before the O could blink and it was over. PSU Game: TOP 1st half U/M 17 minutes (so PS would be 13 minutes). If anything PS D should have been exhausted. 12 Game totals: M = 20 PPG (not horrible) Opponents = 29 PPG (crap!!) 2007: M = 27 PPG, Opponents = 21 PPG |
| 3 years 43 weeks ago | A Perfect 10 |
Best one yet. I always prefer the positive slant (Zoltan, etc.). Anyone who doesn't get it should get 5,000 points deducted. |
| 3 years 43 weeks ago | Gawd, sure hope the Defense is improved. |
IMO, the defense was at least 75% of the problem last year. Sure hope this is a sign of Offense == good and not Defense == bad. |
| 3 years 43 weeks ago | Molk Tip-off? In the early |
Molk Tip-off? In the early games, I also thought I noticed Molk was tipping off the snap by raising his head right before he snapped the ball. He (Molk) seemed to do this less and less as the year went by. I actually watched some YouTube of Florida and their center never raised his head before the snap. Hopefully this is resolved. |
| 3 years 43 weeks ago | New Criteria |
So, is this NEW criteria? "it should transition into a resume ranking of which teams you've beaten, and how convincingly" I sure hope so. In the past, it has usually been "how you think the teams will end up after 12 games". Which, of course, has resulted in some pretty ridiculous rankings. |
