The Official NSD Prediction Thread
6 players left on the board: Willingham, Clark, Barnett, Rawls, Cooper, Fisher.
I'm going 4 for 6.
We get Willingham, Clark, Barnett, and Rawls
Lose out for Cooper (Michigan St) and Fisher (Oregon).
Then Hoke gets pissed, rips off his tear-away shirt, and grabs another Purdue recruit.

Optimistic:
All 6 obviously
Pessimistic:
Rawls and Clark both commit
Willingham decides to stay in the Rockies
Cooper Goes to the Hawkeyes
Fisher spurns us for the Oregon Locker room
and Barnett (with his 1450 SAT and 3.36) decides to forgo all logic and enroll at Arkansas (he could be dean there with those grades)

Dean at Arkansas?
And fire this guy?

He looks like John Daly in that picture. (He also looks like my future brother-in-law. Sorry Mike! I really didn't mean it - don't sit on me. But you know it's true!)

Get: Willingham - Clark - Rawls - Barnett - Cooper (shakiest, us or Iowa)
Lose: It pains me to say this, but I think Fisher goes to Oregon
Solid finish, if we miss out on both Cooper and Fisher I will be mildly disappointed. Maybe there's a signing day surprise that we haven't heard about...
If we miss out on a few, the positive thing is the midwest is loaded next year and we can bank some scholarships for the 12 class.

I'm thinking we are locks for Rawls, Willingham, and Clark. 75% on Barnett. 50% on Cooper. 45% on Fisher.
100% snow. Its going to be a very wintery wonderland.

Rawls, Clark, and Fisher go Blue. Cooper goes to State, Willingham goes to CU.
On Saturday, Barnett goes Blue.

But I think Cooper will be heading to GT. If he doesn't go to Atlanta, he's coming here.
I agree Fisher's a goner to Eugene.
If BH pulls off all six, I'll have to get on my knees and do one of those I'm-not-worthy-deals.

Hmm...
Maybe take a breathmint with you for afterwards...
January 31st, 2011 at 10:47 PM ^
Huh? wha— oh.
I'll give lip service to BH when warranted, but not that kind of lip service.

Willingham, Rawls, Clark and Barnett go blue. All have expressed interest and have not visited any other schools of substantial caliber or value after us (no offense to Central Florida of course)
Cooper - I think Cooper goes to Iowa. I'm not sure why everyone is convinced he will go to State but I get the general consensus that he likes the staff at Iowa and Norm Parker in particular.
Fisher goes to Oregon. I am more confident in him than Cooper going blue however I just think that he is really trying to talk himself out of going to Michigan as much as possible. Based on nothing but his behavior and gut instinct.

A DeMatha S today too. You might be right.

IS anyone thinking about moving Desmond Morgan to FB?

Fisher...see ya even though I wish he would be maize and blue. Cooper is coming if he knows whats good for him.

Well as I reviewed my facebook statuses from 2010, I realized that every player or event that was bad was directly referenced in a positive way on my wall. Also I managed to pull an 0fer on predicting the baseball playoff first round and football 2nd round. So I predict we're not going to get any of them,

I think we land 4 out of the 6 and then 1 guy in a last minute use of the Hoke/Mattison recruiting prowess.
