Reports: Woolfolk Injured
If Troy Woolfolk were to encounter a season ending injury, which freshman would step up to fill the void at corner?
P.S. This probably happened.
EDIT: This did happen.
EDIT, EDIT: Sorry I brought it up in a dick way, but my source is about as reliable as it gets.

Well, most people said Woolfolk would be the worst player to lose: http://mgoblog.com/mgoboard/most-important-player-stay-healthy. Hopefully Cullen plays like a star.

i hate to be the dbag, because i love this team and am fond of RR and his coaching style.
bottom line, big injuries happens to teams everywhere.
had UM pursued CB's that weren't borderline kids then there would be 2 extra bodies at CB. i never thought losing Whitty was a huge deal until we lost Dorsey. i never thought losing Dorsey would destroy this secondary, but then we lost Turner. then i took solace in the fact that Woofolk would do a solid job vs most #1 WR's. not all of this is on RR, but recruiting borderline kids made things a lot worse today than they should be.

Dorsey, right? Who else?
BooBoo was a Lloyd guy, Turner was a high 4/5* kid that apparently got lazy, D.Warren left early for the NFL. Which other kids did RR recruit that are borderline?

Adrian Witty, and Demar Dorsey.
thats 2 extra bodies the secondary would have

what are the odds that it could hurt the situation?

Not to mention one would be a RS-Frosh or True Sophomore, and the other would be a True Freshman, if they were on campus.
The lack of Juniors and Seniors in the defensive backfield is killing us right now.

i would like those that negged me to help teach me why im wrong.
really, because im a Michigan fan too, and i dont want to place blame if the staff doesnt deserve any.
im concerned that recruiting two borderline kids (Dorsey, and Witty) is the reason the CB unit has two less bodies. having two extra scholarship CB's would alleviate the loss of Woofolk.
never did i blame the losses of Booboo, Turner, or Warren on RR.

Prehab helps with ligaments, muscles and such.
Can't help broken bones, fractures, dislocations.

I read on scout it's a dislocated ankle. I'm guessing he is out for the year. WTF.

Gotta wait for the diagnosis.

info lately, so I won't doubt you. Severity? Prognosis? Was there a fracture involved? Any ligaments or muscle tears?

its too soon to tell, sounded pretty serious though.

now wait a second, Im not ready to give up. Stafon Johnson, who you all know as the guy who dropped a 400 pound weight on his neck, DISLOCATED his ankle in a preseason game. HOWEVER, Coach jeff fisher said he would not be put on the injured reserve because there was a chance it would heal quickly. This was in NY times sports monday.

never doubt anything in the age of the BONE STIMULATOR!

that they considered Marisa Tomei a Bone Simulator. It helped then, not as much now though.

Sorry for your loss fellas. Even though I am from the hated enemy camp (ND) I always like to beat Blue at full strength.

According to Angelique, Woolfolk talked to his dad and Butch said it's a dislocated ankle and broken fibula
