Spring Game TV Replay Open Thread
Well, whether you're watching it for the first time, reliving it from earlier in person or on the Net, or it's just the first of 20 times you're going to watch it (Brian, that means you), we can hash out what happened with a clearer and warmer view. Did what we thought we saw still hold true? Can we find out anything different?
Those who haven't seen the game can decide if the thread should be spoiler free. But I'm guessing if you're on here you've been taking in every soundbite from Brian and the boards.
And while we wait...Michigan Softball on BTN. 8-2 good girls, top of 4th, vs. dreaded Northwestern.
Edit: And just as I hit save, 8-5...sonofva....
the whole scrimmage was a step up from last year for him. With a few months left before the UCONN game, I think he has a solid chance at being the starter.
boomed by... Tate? I don't know how to feel about this...
... were last worn by this guy on a Transatlantic flight:
Anyone know what RR's base offensive set was at WVU?
Was it what we have now? (3 WRs, 1 TE, 1 RB)
Or was it 4 WRs, 1 RB?
I wonder what the chances are that's our base set this year.
Our 2 best WRs are Odoms and Roundtree, a base 4 WR set means they're both on the field more often, since they're both slots.
Tay and Roy have both been getting work on the outside this spring FWIW.
Did that happen originally during the first broadcast on the net? I mean the cut to the next series with Tate. Makes me think I'm missing something.
Master Punter
he pooches real well, definitely going to be a weapon in the arsenal...

On a side note, Mr. Ovechkin and the Caps have woken up.
That was a hell of a nice play.... both by Gardner and Moore.
Does it look like Gardner is moving back before the snap?
He did that in several of the clips shown on Inside Michigan Football.
Got some of those nerves out with that one, then proceeds to arm punt it on the next play.
I went from 6 to midnight when Devin walked on the field in a Michigan uniform.
Jack Kennedy Fucks.Shit.Up
Jack Kennedy, hit of the day on Odoms...on the sidelines.
Jack Kennedy now a linebacker, Tate is our new punter, and Taylor Lewan is f-ing huge.
Wow.
Uh oh...
haha I just watched that movie last night
97 yards, BOOYAH
Was that great offense or really bad defense?
It was one part great route, one part great throw, one part great catch, and one part Vlad's bum knee.
see my post from two days ago...
Last year that play would have stopped a yard shorter.
HOPKINS RAGE?!?
WORST PLAY BY PLAY EVER
Run coverage so far looks pretty good.
Banks looks legit.
Yeah he does
Capitals and Habs are going to overtime tied at 5.
Ubaldo Jimenez has a no-hitter in the 9th for the Rockies.
It's offical NO-HITTER!
Cox up the middle for the score!!!
that's what she said
That's never going to get old. :-)
Lewan looks really good. Good footwork on pass protection, and he showed some great push on that touchdown.
No hitter for Jimenez
just busted a big run on the 1st team defense... These guys will hopefully get better over the summer. I still hope DDorsey makes it to AA this fall.
Chances DD actually qualifies: Slim to none, and slim is riding off into the sunset slumped over his horse.
Oh yeah, we could use us some Demar...I like 'No Fly Zone'!
Great block by Denard on that one. Did a good job of sniffing out the defender and planting a shoulder on him.
Did anyone catch that on the end around? Nice, pure nice. Dude is a stud.
Edit: Touche BlockM, +1 for beating me to it.
The good news: we both beat the announcer to it!
Good one. I think he was too busy explaining why Troy WoolFORK wasn't playing today.
Otherwise I'm tweaking it, fair or not.
Realistically, it should be in the triple digits, but 99 is the next best thing. I'm not even joking.
I'm thinking like 106.
(add what they cheated him out of last year too).
And for accel, I put it at 99. I know QB's shouldn't have that kind of speed because it makes it too easy, but for him, it's not far-fetched.
