Seriously ...hours after a solid 60pt win fans are wringing their hands over an Internet rumor about a possible 'waivering' on commitment ..?! Sometimes I love being a fan and alum who takes more from the pure enjoyment of the games than I do worry from social media. Anyone NOT wanting to be a part of THIS doesn't have to be ...bet there are other kids perhaps verballed elsewhere who saw yesterday's game ...MJ, Jeter & CW and said, "Damn!! Michigan is no joke!!" It is all so good ...

Was I the only one not impressed with Herbert? His film from The Opening and the Rivals 5 star challenge looked absymal to me.

He actually got a ton of praise from the experts from both of those camps. At least with the Opening he did. He's known as more of a guy with more raw potential, but I thought he was definitely supposed to be a riser based off his performances. Besides, his teammate is one of the guys we are going hard at. Slaton perhaps? Don't remember which. This was a guy I was hoping would stick.

The announcers made a point yesterday that Evans was a 3*, but Harbaugh saw "something" in him. I trust this staff's ability to identify, recruit and land the type of kids that fit their system and the university.

He will probably decommit. Word is he is not seeing a spot for himself at tackle with Newsome and Beredson taking the spots for the next few years.

I love posts that are basically "I don't see anything, don't know anything.  Do you think there's something going on?"

It is so early in the year to get worried about commits.

That is me not giving a shit about recruiting.  I am sure Harbaugh will get his share miss some and coach those he gets to play out of their mind.  I will not miss the day when one recruit was so important to the team that if you miss you get the years and years of infinite pain.

We will have a lot of top kids committing before signing day. I'm not concerned about wavering commits, if they leave than it will be their loss.
