who scores the 1st points of the season? Mgo-Guess

Football is in the air...... We are so close! Just opened the door this morning and heard the cicadas and took in a big breath of "football" air! So, as we approach the season opener, who do you envision scoring the 1st points of the season?

My guess is Jehu, but part of me wants to see, say a Dymonte Thomas on a blocked punt take one to the house!! What's yours?

Either he'll return the openeing kickoff for a touchdown, or score a long one after a touchback/penalty. Or if we receive the kickoff to start, Peppers will return a pick or punt for a touchdown. Obviously.

No one. Well, Don Brown. Hawaii center panicks seeing Michigans defense and snaps ball over QBs head for a safety. 2-0 Michigan by 14:00 left in the 1st Q.

I don't really like the terminology "football is in the air." I would prefer if this type of material were presented in a more factual manner. If you're right that it's Jehu Chesson, then you'll flaunt that forever. If you're wrong, you'll just create another account.

Hawaii's QB drops back in the shadow of his own end zone, our D-Line scares him, and he voluntarily drops to the ground for the safety.  So Hawaii will score our first points of the season.
