I believe they call this the "man hands" drill. I've seen the Green Bay Packers and Rutgers (yuck!) doing this as well. Supposed to improve one's grip.

One talented football player right here. I wish we had the linebacker depth to have him at SS.

He's not at linebacker due to depth concerns. He's in a hybrid space player role that sometimes looks like a linebacker and sometimes look like a DB/nickel back/SS. It should deploy his talent more effectively...that's the point. We have two solid and promising safeties in Hill and Thomas.

Breezy is da man. This thread lured me in though. I thought Pep was in some kind of comepetion against myself because I think of myself as a jug machine as a matter of fact. I know I need to go to confession. I'm afraid I'll burn up or something when I walk into the church though.... :(

Reminds me of Jourdan Lewis's one handed football catch video from last year right before the season started (the one where he sits on a stool and catches footballs). Got me pumped up for the season. Go Blue!

hands were on my very short list of things he could improve (hands, abs, and backflips was full list).

Talent + work ethic is a tough combo to beat.
