It's not just lack of talent or even playing guys out of position. Just a few players seemed to show signs of improvement AND actually balled out most of the time. Reed and Will are the only two guys I felt played hard and as well as expected. TWII could have been a decent role player under JB and deserves some praise for putting in the hard work (most games were 30+).

Otherwise, this team played without a sniff of fundamentals and at times just seemed to be standing around and letting guys wide open for 3s or coast-to-coast lay-ups

Dug???? Would love for a new coach to come in and sell him on how good he can be but also get on his back for lackadaisical play.

Yes, every rotation player was fine to be on the roster, and would be helpful next year.    I’m sure Washington would be a fine 8-9 rotation guy.   Everyone else would be, as well.   This group lacked a couple of guys who could go get a basket and depth in the front court.

I get it but don’t get it.   Barely got minutes,  it developed…with a new coach and fitted roster he clearly has a great chance to step up.

I expect the vast majority of the roster to turn over.

Which isn't a bad thing, a lot of these guys should be in great situations going forward.

Absolutely wish him (and the anticipated others) all the best.

It's okay, let 'em all transfer. The important thing is to get the right coach to rebuild the culture and the program.

Whatever's gonna happen is gonna happen. Next year is obviously kind of a continued-sacrifice-to-the-football-gods write off anyway.
