Michigan - Wisconsin 2nd Half Open Thread

obviously we hate to lose, but now it honestly looks like they’ve given up on defense.   Stinks man.   Not going to let it ruin my Saturday, I’ve allowed that to happen too frequently.     

Defense doesn't care anymore 

Solid start to the second half, lol.  To be fair, DM is fucked because the WI defense can play worry free, but it would be nice if he showed something. Fwiw, our receivers are not elite.  Elite wrs are guys like McLurin and Paris Campbell, who force double teams.  Nico Collins, is on that level, but Tarik Black has done fucking nothing except drop passes and run backwards after the catch.  We have one elite WR, one good but hurt rb, and replacement level big ten players everywhere else on offense, with coaching idiocy reigning over it all.

Michigan - However long it takes to fumble, throw a pick, and punt a couple times

Players have quit.  It’s apparent.  I suspect players have given up on the terrible coaching today.  

Gattis is not as advertised.  Harbaugh rolls up into a ball in big games.  Team lacks talent, speed, and football awareness. 

When it’s time to change, don’t re-arrange. Pull it out and insert something new again. 

Donavan jeter fucking sucks. Put in the freshmen 

And to think that last year I was making plans to go to this game. Planned on taking my wife and incorporating this game into a nice little visit to Door County. That was until I wasted my time and money going down to Notre Dame in 2018. That experience, coupled with all of the other Harbaugh-coached road clown shows, made me think the better of it. Glad I finally followed my instincts (says the guy who endured being at the following away games: Notre Dame (2014 Hoke disaster), Iowa (2016), Penn State (2017), and as stated earlier, Notre Dame (2018). 

Well, at least I now know that it was not my being at those games that caused the football team to look like garbage...it was just Harbaugh’s (and Hoke’s) horrid preparation and coaching. Whew!

I was pretty certain I was not going to renew my season tickets after this season...this disaster just made it a certainty. Michigan football is dead.

This has to be the worst performance that I’ve ever witnessed from a Michigan team 

I haven’t turned a game off early in years, certainly not a Harbaugh game. This one is a strong candidate for me to do so.

My wife is in the kitchen making essential oil soaps. She living a better life than me.

Time to move on from Don Brown and his gimmick defense.  He has been way overrated since he got here - Not prepared after 2 weeks.

Brutal game. I’m more disappointed in the defense because I expected the offense to still be bad. The defense looks incredibly soft and slow which I didn’t expect. Also, if we know we can’t get them off the field, why would we punt on 4th and 4 from midfield? 

I'm just watching to see if our offense ever scores. The defense isn't gonna magically start winning at the LOS, so that's a lost cause. 

The frosh DTs can’t possibly be worse than Kemp, Jeter and Mason. 

Harbaugh has to be discretely fondling himself from his khaki pockets while he watches this vintage Wisconsin manball performance. This is what we were supposed to be when we hired him. Domination at the LOS. Playaction passes to the TEs and backs for easy passing yards. Misdirection screens when the defense crashes down to stop the run. Just beautiful manball.

Does Jerome Bettie’s have any eligibility left?

On a positive note JH has been able to supplement his salary with commercial $$$$$....

I’m not that impressed with Wisconsin’s defense. They are good but our offense is a complete clusterfuck. We can’t even get out of our own way. The offensive line is so bad it’s ridiculous. There isn’t 1 player on this team That is playing like they should. 

I predicted 38-13 Wisconsin.

There is NO WAY Michigan sniffs 13 points.

Harbaugh should do the right thing after this game. RESIGN. I think this team is tired of all his antics. He was probably planning next years team trip at halftime. 

In hindsight, getting married and having children was a good idea. My life has meaning beyond Michigan sports.

Harbaugh is simply incapable of maximizing the potential of his folks.  And his folks have utterly quit on him. 

Why shouldn’t we?

We are being bullied in every facet of the game, but our punter is better than theirs.

Well... McCaffrey is now dead.

We out recruit Wisconsin every year. Look what coaching can do. Chryst is developing his guys. Harbaugh is doing khaki commercials.
