they came. What a surprise! However we didn't get our away ticket for Northwestern. Hopefully, that will be sent later.

...are mailed closer to game date (within a month usually). The UM Ticket Office will mail those tickets once they receive them from the rival school.

They are running late this year. Nothing in Florida. I hope they come this week, cuz I'm headed to Michigan in eight days. I usually have them the first week of August.

and they told me that a big bunch went out monday, and another on friday (8/9). i was not impressed with the response to my nicely-stated comment about being a season ticket holder since '80 and they've never been this late.
i had emailed them nearly two weeks ago and they told me they were going out then. i have a feeling this year's tix have been a big cluster-muck but that the party line is 'remain calm, all is well', ala animal house....

Also waiting in the Cleveland area for the package to arrive. Glad I am not alone, but I also think these tickets are late this year. I called on Friday and they acted as if it was such a huge burden to get all the tickets out that the mailing, which started on August 5, would stretch into next week.
They have had all of our money for months. I see no reason why they couldn't and shouldn't have begun the mailing process weeks ago, or at least had everything ready to go. No excuse. Some games were being played.

Hi, for what it is worth the tickets are sent out in a staggered fashion.
1. Premium box/club seats went out early, so these reached many people by August 5.
2. Alumni Association tickets went out about August 8.
3. Other seats including chair backed seats went out around August 9.
I'm basing this on the actual post cancellation dates of the envelopes on my tickets and those of friends. Due to the vast number of tickets, some might go out the day before or after the dates above. So if you haven't gotten your season tickets yet, it might come by Monday or Tuesday.
I don't know if this is due to a change in the Ticket Office. In years gone by the seaon tickets would arrive first then the Alumni tickets. After the revamping of the tickets the box/club tickets seem to go out separately. A few years ago I think the department went with a new printer and that delayed the mailing a bit but things seem to be in a new routine.
Hope this helps

Nothing to do with season tickets but has anyone noticed how expensive tickets to the NW vs. UM game are in Evanston? Holy shit. I went to that game 2 years ago and bought visitors sideline tickets for under $50. Right now they want $170 for sideline seats or lower depending on the market.

Somewhat similar to the "dynamic pricing" the U of M AD put into effect recently, NU has gone to what they call "Purple Pricing" which floats the ticket price, but they are doing that only for two home games this season, ours and the Ohio game. artially as a result, tickets for those two games are substantially higher than what we're used to. Tickets are still dirt cheap on the secondary markets, though, for all of the rest of NU's home games, how about seeing them play WMU or Maine for $1 apiece? Or watching Staee invade NU for a 10-spot? Those are current stubhub prices for the cheapest of the cheap tickets for those games.

It is the most handsome ticket-package design in my memory.
Kudos to the graphics people in the Athletic Department or whateve outside supplier was responsible. Beautiful design this year.
