Looks like a natural.
Never thought I would give 2 shits about the Jaguars....until now.

Robinson, a fifth-round pick making the transition from quarterback to running back, took the majority of repetitions with the first-team offense and even upstaged first-rounder Luke Joeckel.
With maize-and-blue clad fans cheering his moves, Robinson broke several long runs and caught all but one pass thrown his way. He lined up at running back, fullback and receiver.
Denard is a protoypical fullback. Didn't you know?
He lined up at fullback at Michigan, too.
like hes thickened up a bit. Im curious what weight they'd like to see him play at.
I absolutely agree with you. He looks pretty thick. He needs to put on more pounds but he does look like he's filling out for his position change.
He had fewer receptions and blocking assignments than most running backs, too.
Correct. And if you have to teach it, it needs to be learned. Sometimes learning is tough. Therefore, it might be a tough transition.
Good amount of Denard in the highlights, no Henne though. Putting the two-tone matte Jaguars logo on one side of the helmet only makes them workable. Barely. A welcome distraction from the symmetrical helmets and new-HC-Mulligan year on tap in Cleveland. Hibernation city on the Erie.
Denard looks polished in his interview. I'm sure he has plans for the future with the Lions down the road.
Why would Henne be at the rookie minicamp?
Good point.
There's something very unnatural about seeing him in a #29 jersey.
Just took a quick look at some Jaguar forums. They're jazzed about getting him. I guess they're going to a full Zone Block scheme, which we know definitely benefits Denard.
I'm slightly annoyed to know that I'm going to be wasting some of my valuable Sunday free time watching a 2-14 team, but here we are. Few former Michigan players have made me this curious to see how they would do in the pros.
Oh, stop complaining - the Lions went 0-16. Compared to that season, the Jags are a juggernaut.
It's the NFL. Teams go from bad to good all the time.
Tell that to the Detroit Lions. They seem to only go from bad to worse.
Whenever the Lions go from bad to good, they go right back to bad the next season.
