Roh following in RVB's footsteps, I suppose.
They cut RVB before the season. Kept hoping someone else would pick him up. But best of luck to Roh.

Van Bergen has moved on to his life after football, he lives and works in Chicago.
Who's *coughcough*? I've never seen anyone with that username.
Way to go, Roh!
Wish them all the best. Hopefully they'll surprise people and make the team.
Nice work centralizing this info. Seriously. Hopefully we hear good news on Kovacs soon.
Jaguars and Dolphins are now my favorite AFC teams. I'm REALLY hoping that Kovacs makes the Dolphins 53 man roster...there are few guys that deserve a chance more than he does.
But Kovacs is on Kovacs' side. That should be enough, I think.

That is a great team for Patrick to go to. He is an intelligent and mobile player who will fit well in to their OL scheme.
So the only prospect left is Demens?
to the Houston Texans
All of these players have weathered changes in Ann Arbor and stuck together all the while. It is great to see these players get their shot at the next level - I wish them nothing but success.
For Kovacs, it would be a great story to see him basically live the NFL equivalent of his Michigan story. He refuses to be overlooked and works as hard as anyone.
Man I hope Kovacs makes the Dolphins as my favorite NFL team I need to replace my Jake Long Dolphins jersey.

Wasn't he considering coming out early last spring?
He asked the NFL for an evaluation, but then decided to come back. We never heard what the evaluation said (as far as I know), but I imagine it ranked him as an UFA or a really low pick.
Not yet.
Can a mod bump this up to a diary? Seems like the kind of info we'd like to keep around.
Ricky Barnum to the Redskins.
kansas city chiefs! thanks everyone for the love n support. God is great and he gets the glory. time to work now!
Good for Darryl. God bless the guy, he is a great kid and I'm proud he's gotten everything under control.
Seeing Kovacs and Roundtree getting some love on the next level is just the best.
Go get yours, guys!
sam mcguffie to the raiders
Sam McGuffie hooks up the the Oakland Raiders. I wish him the best, I know his stay in Ann Arbor was very short but (correct me if wrong) he left to be closer to home, as a family member had health problems. He sure came in to Michigan with a ton of hype, didn't he though, with those sensational recruiting/highlight videos of him !
(edit: BOOM! Scooped!)
to all of those michigan men... may they all soon say they were part of the beginning of something special.
even if it's the Lions. As one of the 2008 recruits he endured some pretty dark days yet stayed the course.

Nice to have an opportunity with one of the more competitive franchises at the moment.

It's a shame Kovacs didn't sign with the Lions. Yes, they are the Lions but on the other hand he would be starting by week 6.
April 27th, 2013 at 10:39 PM ^
My cat would be starting by week 6 too.
They need all the help they can get at this point. And drafting a kicker in the 5th round isn't exactly going to help matters.
Matt Millen just called and asked to see some film on your cat.
