I bet this thread basically shuts down in about .... 6 mins.

T-Rich might be the smallest guy there. Hit the weights T!

And yet still earned a starting spot. And has also not yet been victimized by those big plays the white team is getting.
Man, Bolden was just a finger length away from an INT there.

Yep, Richardson just drew an offensive PI after a receiver pushs when Terry actually had pretty good coverage on a deep ball.
January 5th, 2012 at 9:31 PM ^
Richardson fumbled on the kickoff return
January 5th, 2012 at 9:32 PM ^
just put the ball on the ground. Oh no..

There is live chat on ESPN now with some analysts. They are getting asked over and over again about Garnett and they keep saying its looking good for Michigan.
Also, Bolden leads team with 5 tackles in the 1st half.

Has Jameis Winston gotten all the snaps? He seems to be in all the time when I switch over during commercial breaks.

South Carolina is really getting some recruits
January 5th, 2012 at 11:38 PM ^
Good. Spead the talent around. Don't let it all go to FL, LSU, AL.
January 5th, 2012 at 9:48 PM ^
The ball was placed perfectly though.

USC is getting a good one in Jalen Cope-Fitzpatrick
January 5th, 2012 at 10:27 PM ^
Makes a lot of tough catches. Dropped that one good pass not too long ago, but during practice this week, he was impressive.
January 5th, 2012 at 10:01 PM ^
Maybe Terry should have let that one go.

Deion Sanders Jr. is really the 177th best player in the country when the only school they can list him considering is Houston. Probably tells as much about ESPN's recruiting rankings as anything.
January 5th, 2012 at 10:36 PM ^
If you compare the rankings with all the other sites they have UA participants ranked higher than the others. They also rank Army game participants lower. They also have a large amount of SEC and Texas players compared to the Army game.
January 5th, 2012 at 10:46 PM ^
He's ranked as the 177th corner not overall

the TV clip. I guess the 1-176 ranked corners must have been busy.

Does Joe Bolden project to the same position as Desmond Morgan???
January 5th, 2012 at 10:23 PM ^
Joe Bolden projects to MIKE. I know that Morgan was projected to play MIKE, but is on the field because he is the best option at WILL.
January 5th, 2012 at 10:32 PM ^
I expect Morgan to lose his position going into or by mid season...maybe Bolden at MIKE in 2013. I hear good things about Ross, does he project to WILL?
January 5th, 2012 at 10:56 PM ^
I think both Ross and RInger project to WILL. Our depth at WILL is pretty weak so it helps getting to guys there.

Wow I really don't like what Landon Collin's mother/sister did right there...you support him.
January 5th, 2012 at 11:32 PM ^
I certainly agree... Support your son. It's his life decision. Let him live his life.... Period.

I hope someone gets a clip of that.

Wow. There's going to be some discord in that family on Monday night.
January 6th, 2012 at 12:15 AM ^
Poor kid, that's embarrassing.
Grow up, Mama Collins!

Mama Collins sounds more like a fan than a parent

I hate to say this, considering I was pulling hard for Bolden, Garnett, and T-Rich, but T-Rich had a really bad game. I'm not sure he could have played worse. I'm assuming it was just an "off night" and was trying too hard to make a play. I watched the entire game, except for the last few minutes- so maybe he made some spectacular plays that I missed, but the first 3 and a half quarters....not pretty. Bolden looked pretty good. He was a little overzealous in his pursuit to the football a few times, but he does have good instincts, and reads plays very quickly. He just needs to break himself down as he is about to tackle someone- sometimes he would run to the ball so quickly, that he was off-balance when he got there, causing him to miss a few tackles. I guess that's why the announcer said Bolden plays like his hair is on fire. With good coaching though, he'll be a good one. Overall, really looking forward to Bolden as a Wolverine. T-Rich needs to hit the weight room, because he looked TINY out there. T-Rich did show a little speed on a return, and I know he's got talent, he just didn't have his best game tonight.

UM has no business recruiting these smurf CBs. I'd rather they just recruit ATH's with size and speed and just groom them into a CB then get a smurf.
I remember Cissoko getting burnt badly in his All Star game too. And he was a pretty filled out little guy who "played bigger than he was".
Gotta upgrade the CB talent. We need more than one good one at at time. Seems like we always just have one. it'd be nice to have 2 marlin jacksons, 2 warrens, 2 leon halls, or 2 Countess' on the field at once(in their prime)! I say Countess I mean a Jr Countess as he had some groing pains this year but held his own. He will be a good one.
