Its possible to have a shoulder injury and not be in a sling or anything especially if he hasn't had surgery or anything yet. He might be able to seem fine but cant hit anyone without hurting or popping his shoulder out.....But God do I hope thats not the case.....Did you guys talk or did you just see him around?
