All confidence seems lost. This team had all the confidence in the world for the first half of the season, but they were not prepared to crash back down to earth. They have reacted badly and have regressed. This is on the coaches and the players. Let's hope this is the kick in the ass they need to get going into the NCAA tournament. It doesn't look good now, but this can be a great team if they catch fire. I'm keeping the faith. But today still hurts like hell... |

Well, I haven't committed yet. I just found out recently that I was accepted at Michigan for graduate school! I also have another offer on the table, but I have a feeling that Michigan is the final destination. I am visiting Michigan in a few weeks, so I hope to have a good committment story to tell at that point. |

I love Protest The Hero! I haven't listened to much Animals as Leaders, although I keep hearing about them. I will have to check them out. I really like Mutiny Within as well. Not as well known, and they only have one album out, but it was really well done in my opinion. I usually don't get to talk about music all that much since most of my friends cant stand the music I listen to. Oh well, I know this stuff isn't everyone's cup of tea. |

I saw both All That Remains and As I Lay Dying when they toured together a few years ago. I almost didn't make it because I had a really bad fever at the time. I barely made it through the concert, but was glad I went. From what I remember, both All That Remains and As I Lay Dying put on a fantastic show. |

I expected this number to be higher. Of course, PSU households is different than PSU fanatics. It would be interesting to see a split between PSU households who don't follow football vs. PSU households who are emotionally and financially invested in the football team. I expect the PSU families with weaker ties to the university and the football program are many of the voters who thought the penalties were appropriate. Just looking at PSU fans I would expect the number of those who think the sanctions are too severe to be higher than 52%. |

Went winless in three years of middle school basketball. Played varsity tennis all four years in high school, playing doubles. Had a decent junior year, made second team all-area. Our tennis team was just good enough to qualify for states, but not good enough to win any matches there. Yeah, my athletic accolades are quite minimal. |

My great grandmother was born in 1910, and she passed away two years ago just months after turning 100. She grew up in the Netherlands and came to the United States in the late 1940's. She has seen and experienced so much history, and it was always truly remarkable when we could visit her and talk to her. My grandma was almost killed in a WWII bombing, but a door fell over her crib and protected her from other debris. It is always fascinating to talk to people who have lived longer and seen more than me (I am only 20). |
