He has a pet bulldog.
Bulldog? How do you know this? Is he like the admin for this site or something?
McFarlin stop trying to join under a new name. haha no he was just a 14 year old troll. who got on the bad side of everyone by having the dumbest of comments and topics with like 4 new topics everyday.
McFarlin was a no talent assclown of a troll who recently got banned for being an idiot. If you're searching for gods, you may want to try the WLA.
Okay sir, thank you.
No-talent assclown is my favorite insult.
How clever...
Mcfarlin is backkkkkkkk
I wouldnt consider WLA gods.
Sarcasm, meet Cargo. Cargo, Sarcasm.
Very pleased you weren't traumatized for life by the smackdown. How's Greenville?
His love affair for his bulldog was one of the creepiest things I've ever read on the internet.
Clever girl...
Jurassic Park.
McFarlin was like a mosquito that flies into your tent at 2am: loud out of all proportion to its size, insistent, aggravating, but ultimately of little consequence after you get up and swat it with a rolled-up map.
Ok so this guy is probably McFarlin. So What? He's a 14 year old kid who, judging by this post, is trying to learn from his mistakes and wants a fresh start. Let's give it to him. If he starts doing the same things again, though, then it's time for an IP ban.
McFarlin wants attention not a fresh start
Once again, an IP ban does nothing. Anyone can just go to a different computer and sign up.. in Mcfarlin's case, his elementary school's library or the next door neighbor's computer while he goes to play GI Joe. No IP ban can stop Mcfarlin.. God help us all.......
Why are you so insistent on pointing this out in every single thread?
2 threads, and because people are super dumb asses. Including you sir.
Sigh.
Because McFarlin is like a narcotic
Does anyone think Tate will be All Big Ten this year?
because he's about as fast as Denard! (sorry, had to do it.)
Football fast or track fast?
track
LOL, why is everyone saying im this McFarlin dude? I don't understand this at all. Was he really that bad to you guys?
Mcfarlin.
Well shucks golly, guys. What on earth do you mean? Doesn't everyone register and use their first post to fish for info on a banned poster they supposedly know nothing about?
With a McGuffie signature. 0/10, try again.
So let me get this right, because I am a McGuffie fan, I am this McFarlin dude now? Whatever you say man.
No, we love mcfarlin.. we all wish he would come back.. some people, like Brian, just loved him too much.
1.) I doubt that you are McFarlin, unless you could take that beating and come back.
2.) McFarlin tried to sell his bulldog's "services" and sounded like he was in love with it.
3.) McGuffie is a Rice Owl.
4.) Welcome to MGoBlog.
McFarlin is online right now, too, according to MySpace. Coincidence? I think not.
Brilliant
Thanks!
Could somebody give me the history of "McFarlin"?
Please stop your pretense and just make a post about RR's defensive recruiting already.
Let's see here, you already know from this very thread that this group can't stand people who make multiple senseless posts. And how do you respond to this? Dude, you are annoying, and I don't care who you are.
The improper/unnecessary use of quotations is a dead giveaway.
Brian, lock your doors and hide. MGOBLOG has its first stalker.
I find it awfully suspicious that you've read enough to see that "people were saying McFarlin this and McFarlin that" yet you didn't see (or ignored I'm assuming) the long McFarlin thread which has all of the information that you need.
Logic and reason have no place here.
All you need to know about McFarlin is:
McFarlin once visited the Virgin Islands. They are now The Islands.
McFarlin's calendar goes straight from March 31st to April 2nd; no one fools McFarlin.
McFarlin can speak braille.
The reason newborn babies cry is because they know they have just entered a world with McFarlin.
He was just adolescent and didn't add anything constructive, but instead caused problems. As far as you being McFarlin, I can't say, but it does seem odd that you wanted to use your first post on this board to find out about him.
When I felt it necessary to join, instead of just reading free posts, it was because I wanted to comment about UofM football, not about a poster.
My favorite poster was the one I had in my dorm room that had the girl with the really short T-shirt that had "Study Hard" printed on it. Remember that one?
(I'd comment on the Farrah Fawcett one, but with her being sick and all...)
Did McFarlin really get banned?
Yes.
Okay, special snowflakes, listen up:
A free marketplace of ideas is generally a thing we'd like to have as much of as possible. However, it has its downside.
We all have this wondrous privilege to post on this forum, where others who are interested in the same things will read our stuff. If it's good stuff, we get more attention. We get to be special snowflakes. This is self-gratifying.
The downside of this kind of free exchange is that there's more than one way to get attention. Trolling gets attention. We now have two large threads devoted to one guy who contributed absolutely nothing to the body of literature that we come to this board for.
It's better, far better, to simply ignore him. Make a conscious decision to not read anything related to a troll. If you see a trollish post, ignore that too. If we get good at this, we can all keep posting whatever we like, and each successive troll will quickly tire of bothering us.
I don't think Brian handled this one well (and in retrospect, neither does he), and this allowed a troll's handle to be burned into the board's memory.
Going forward, I ask you all to remember that in a free exchange of media, there's going to be some bad stuff. You can start policing, or you can simply choose not to respond to it.
I agree. This will be much easier once the season start in (sigh) 4 months.
