And yet you say "His ceiling doesn't seem to be extremely high" as if it's factual based on his brothers' experiences.  Meanwhile, there are multiple examples of the youngest athlete in the family being the best, usually because they grew up around the sport and faced incredibly stiff competition from the older siblings.   He's a consensus top 20 player from all three services, and more importantly has offers from  Bama Florida  FSU Michigan Ohio State Oklahoma

If he would've been given time he would've really turned this thing around and put us on par with TX, OK, USC, etc. Now we're probably looking at Harbaugh and ND type irrelevance. I knew something was up when I got the voicemail to call my buddy back "ASAP", but I just figured he'd finally gotten engaged, he's been planning on popping the question to his gf of 3 years- he was supposed to do it the day after Christmas but she got stuck at Metro after that bombing thing.

My best friend since 2nd grade went to grad school in Knoxville and works in their sports information department. They've known since Monday that Kiffin was probably leaving. They made contact with RichRod at the National Coaches Conference. The scuttlebutt is he's sick of all the political BS here, the witchhunt with the Freep, the new AD and ESPECIALLY thinks he's being setup for failure with MRob and Devin not being admitted early. Look for him to try and get them to follow to TN. Rita also misses the South and the warmer weather. TN is preparing an announcement. EDIT: Regarding recruits- Witty, too. Almost forgot about him.

IMO, this is one of the issues with our lack of depth on D. RR's offense will be scoring with such ferocity you really need 22 guys who can play on the defensive side of the ball, which we are nowhere near right now. Getting some depth in here and be able to sub guys in and out is a large part of building things the way they need to be.
