Fourth non-bolded paragraph: claims that Stalions was fired (vice resigned). It's very possible I missed something, but I thought this was communicated as a resignation.
There are many situations, caveats, and restrictions described on the Registrar's website (http://ro.umich.edu/resreg.php).
The requirements trigger a review of your residency if you have "lived or worked outside the State of Michigan at any time within the last three years."
This equation has directly affected our family's decisions.
We moved out of state for work a few years ago. The eldest proclaimed her intent to attend this-Michigan-of-ours, and we immediately sought out a new Michigan-based job in time to meet residency requirements.
There are two more that are likely to follow her lead.
I have also had great success using the Behr Silverscreen paint. I normally ask them to only add 50% of the tint to the paint.
What you get is a $30 solution that simply looks like a wall when the projector isn't in use (which, outside of the football season, is the majority of the time for me).
It looks like the tickets are electronic and require you to swipe your credit card to get in, so I'm assuming NCAA.com is the only way to go.
Am I just showing my age and technological novice, or is it still possible to use Stubhub/equivalent or pick them up on the street? I'm looking for a single seat...it's a great day to be traveling to Atlanta for work!
I was attempting to uniquely state that the decision was not a tough one. Ohio is easily the bigger rival. Wasn't trying to imply that it was a stupid post. But you are welcome to get in line with all the others calling me that...
Funny story. So I'm interviewing for a job back in the day, and the Illinois-grad boss looks at my resume and says "Ooh, Michigan...big rival," to which I instinctively reply, "Really?"
My family happened upon the Team at one of their stops today. The car looks great!
The Team Members took the time to answer MANY questions from my little engineers about the project. They represented the UM very well, and I am very appreciative of their efforts. The little ones are still talking about it several hours later.
Sure, they had very little chance of succeeding given the overall situation, but I wouldn't be surprised to see either one of them be successful coaches in the future.
Academics is a very real contributor to the Big Ten's decision here.
Granted you've only been 'round these parts for two weeks, but it has been noted many times on these pages that Big Ten schools constitute the Committee on Institutional Cooperation (w/ former member U-Chicago), which has a $5.6 billion research fund (per Wikipedia).
I expect that candidate institutions are well aware of this, as would be the Big Ten members of the Committee.
"If I had been in attendance yesterday, believe me, I would have been screaming my lungs out."
Several have said that the atmosphere yesterday made the RAWK music more appropriate. I'm with you during a blowout; let the band take care of business. But during a high stakes close game, get the crowd going.
I didn't sense that the use of the RAWK music really cut into the band's time. If anything, from my section, it muted the crappola coming from the other sideline.
I, too, was surprised at how well it worked given the circumstances of the game, but...
the timing needs to improve over time. There were several instances when the music wasn't fully to through the intro when the play formation required the music to stop. Kind of awkward at times.

Thanks for doing this!

Seconded.

And my late afternoon plans have now been decided!
It's time to play the music...
It's time to play the music...
Well, there goes my bracket. How glorious!
Well, they were right about Martelli being the coach!
Bravo! Genius lyrics. Sung better than a seven-foot-tall talking carrot!

I'm stuck in NOLA this weekend. Any Mgobars down here?
Walk from San Diego to Ann Arbor. Who's with me?

I didn't get the job...
OHIO. That's a split second of my life that I'll never get back.

Well done.
Kool-Aid.
Oh Yeah!
I'm scared that my employer's IT Department is tracking all the time that I've been on this site over the last week.
...he also expects Denard to stay!

Turnovers are bad? I agree.
Threet and Sheridan are idiots? Not so much.

VICTORZ
BIG HAUS (unless the space counts as a character)
Those of us still in the great state of Michigan also get a 50% credit, up to $200, on your state taxes.
So for me, a $500 seat license was worth a $400 deduction on Federal and a $200 credit from the State.
Not bad. Not bad at all...

We still got dibs on that, right? Tell the WAC to find a new name.
You, sir, are a lucky man.
1. Agent 99 Belgian Trippel, from The Livery in Benton Harbor.
2. Silver Queen Helles Lager, also from The Livery.
3. Bell's Porter
We should schedule EMU before the big Indiana showdown!
Oh, yeah, we'd be 2-0, and concerned about the upcoming Indiana game.
then throw on the leather helmets!
it would mean that the Hoosiers are the best team in Indiana.
