I would love to buy Denard's or someone's game-worn but they will sell for thousands each, I'm sure. What do we think the over/under is on Denard's jersey? 5k?
You guys are boring. The new shit looks awesome. Please don't buy it so I can.
have changed their minds but are afraid to speak up. The jerseys are great, and so are the track jacket and hoody. I've always liked the classic Adidia stripes better than the swoosh anyway. I have a wonderful black and white adidas German soccer coach's wind cheater that I got in a used clothing store in London that I never take off in fall.
Oh, I like it too. The problem I have (like many here) is the price. It's ridiculous to sell a shirt for $26*. I thought Asian child labor was suppose to make the stuff cheaper! It's hard to show spirit for the school I attend when it costs so much.
* not a shot at Moe. It's that much anywhere.
My guess would be that its a shout out to the founding of UM in 1817.
I don't like the jerseys, but some of these are pretty slick. The track jacket is awesome as long as whatever that weird pattern over it isn't actually on the jacket. I wish you could click to enlarge to a much bigger picture of it.
I'm torn on the sweatshirt.
The polo is pretty awesome.
They're all fairly expensive, but it's pretty tempting.
press control, then push up on your scroll wheel. Image grows.
I more meant a higher resolution image, not just zooming in on that current one.
I'd like the polo a lot better if they toned down the Adidas logo. Even better, move it to the sleeve.
Moe's send that Track Jacket right away brother... Hey I support Moe's for supporting this blog that we all love. Anyone down clicking Moe's is kidding themselves, without AD sponsorship Brian et al couldnt do what they do...
Go Blue!
Just not feeling the retro gear. However, bring back this look anytime....
So, what happens to all of those shirts if Michigan loses? Would anybody ever really want to wear it again? I sure as bleep wouldn't.
Even though it is at least the third most important game this season, a game like Michigan and ND doesn't need this kind of tacky promotion. The only time I can ever remember this working out really well against ND is in 1989, when YTM made T-shirts that said "The Luck Stops Here" and they beat ND 27-10 on the way to a MNC. The "Catholics vs Convicts" shirts from ND the year before worked out pretty well in a 31-30 upset of YTM and their own MNC, too, but it isn't always a good idea.
I know they can work out great sometimes, but it just seems that the t-shirts backfire more often than not, and I don't know if this is the optimum year to buy a special t-shirt for the ND game.
All the shirts are $5 and the sweatshirts $10 at the 2012 Art Fair.
If we lose, they're that price in October.
Ok some of that stuff is pretty sweet. I'll admit I was hesitant about the throwback jerseys when I heard the idea, but as soon as I saw them, I loved them.
I have hated the jerseys with the white-hot passion of a thousand suns since I first saw them, but I coudn't figure out why until I saw the Moe site. It's this:

No wonder you feel that way.
That jersey says, "Moo."
Are they really selling a 00 jersey? Who would buy that? I would at least want a number that's theoretically possible to be worn on the field.
It's just the mock up for the customizable jersey where you can pick whatever number you want.
I really like the throwback jerseys, and they are going to look even better when they are whippin some Notre Dame ass all over the field on September 10th.
Sorry, I spent all my cash on game tix on Stub Hub back in January. $200 apiece for 2 in Section 4, row 40. Rocking traditional M garb and cheering my ass off for our dudes. Stripes? Really? That was a pretty good movie, but fugly on football jerseys!
GO BLUE!
but looks like crap on a football jersey. and the M logo on the full line is absolutely fugly, can't imagine spending any coin on this stuff. pass. . . .
GO BLUE!
And something like this makes me feel all the years... If this is popular with the younger set it makes it official.. I'm old.

In the picture, I think it kind of looks like a cool rugby jersey, which of course was a game much more similar to the football of yore (turn of the century) than the modern game. However, in person, after trying on a jersey at the store, I can sadly report that the sleeves indeed are too long without being tucked in, and the sheer volume of stripes was both distracting and a negative impact on the overall jersey. Ultimately, it was enough that I didn't purchase one. (As a consumer, if you purchase an inferior product, you only reinforce the problem.)
