place has so many emulators and such... I don't know if it has any legit ps1 versions...

But it got me pokemon red on my macbook for winter break last year... me and my roommate went back to our own hometowns for break and had a compitition to see who could have better pokemon when we got back.

And btw NBA 2k11 is currently killing me with the finals stuff.  The "My Player" is too awesome to pass up.

http://roms.zophar.net/ is the best site I have found.

I currently have a Sega Genesis, Nintendo NES, Super Nintendo, N64, Sega Dreamcast, and Playstation 1 emulators on my computer....Sega genesis and PS1 were the systems I had growing up and I have the most games for those. I just downloaded the others for the classics....One of the better decisions I made

Also, for playstation 1...epsxe is the emulator you should look for...the best by far

It was Super Buster Bros. on my SNES. I remember one time when I had to leave the system on to keep my game alive (no memory cards or internal memory), and a girl (friend of a friend) who came in turned it off. I was livid and almost kicked her out.

Super Mario World got a lot of my time, too. It is and always will be the best game ever.

Oh, sweet Jesus they are awful. I'm sitting here trying to crank out an analysis of about 5 Supreme Court cases, and I want to die. All I want to do is sleep!!!

Can't relate to the law thing, but I definitely feel you on re: the pressure. I happen to think that only people who want the pressure (or thought they could handle it) have to deal with it, but when you're there...finals, ain't shit.

Still, can't argue with the OP; Finals do, indeed, suck balls.

There is nothing like the feeling you will have once you finish that last 1L first semester exam. You will not know what to do for about 10 minutes, then you will start drinking. Having all that stress just disappear is incredible.

Get past the 1L and it's all downhill from there. You learn the game, how to spot the issues, apply the law and, most importantly, how to answer questions without really answering. Keep your head up and just think - soon you'll be done and have tens of thousands of dollars in loans to pay off and you'll be wishing like he'll you could turn back the clock!

The one peice of advice - with most law professors, you are just hunting for points during a typical blue book exam.  If you have no idea what the answer is, just try saying as many correct things as possible, present all sides of the issue and try to gather as many points on the questions as you can. Then find a question you know the answer to and kill it.  BTW - the essay section of most bar exams works like this too.  (This information is 14 years out of date.  You still use blue books, right?  Please tell me you still use blue books!)

Good luck.  You will make it through.  Try not to drink too much after the last exam.  Actually, forget that last part.

My law school uses a computer program that creates a word document to type your answer into while blocking access to the internet and any other program during the exam.  I can write my answers a lot faster than I can into the bluebooks, so I don't use them any more.

As for the drinking, I'm done on Friday and on Saturday I'll be at the Big Chill.  My goal is to be drunk enough to not feel the cold.

while walking to a game at yost, the damn crows/ravens were in the trees all along McKenzie as it funnels everyone to yost.  all I heard were the plop, plop, plop of bird guano on the sidewalk and street.  Everyone was trying to avoid being poo'd on.

Lived on 817 McKinley, junior year and it was by far the best time in college.  My friends used to drive by the grave yard with all the crows and honk their horn to get them to fly, then laugh at all the poor people on the sidewalk go running from the poop rain. Ahhh what bastards, ha!

I've been at it all day. Re-reading Socrates' Apology, Rousseau's Discourses, Locke's 2nd Treatise of Government, Machiavelli, Bacon, Nietzsche...its never ending. Tomorrow it will all be over though, and I make the trip up 75 from Atlanta for the Big Chill.
