OT: Where Are You?
Oftentimes while reading this blog I notice in the comments people mention where they are presently located in the world. I always (wrongly) imagine that all of the readers are in Michigan, but I am always amazed as to the quantity and diversity of readers' locations. So, out of curiosity, where are you presently located in the world?
I, for one, am currently in the D. How about the rest of you?
On the Too Many OT: Threads Bandwagon.
And Knoxville, TN.
What part?
And I live in the 4th and Gill 'hood, work in Bearden area.
I used to (and my parents still do) live in the Powell area.
Nothing to see here..
International Space Station.
(Space, Bitches!)
in a box, next to the ambiguity.
I assumed you were somewhere in the Andes.
I'm 1/2 way between Brighton & Howell and it is neither elevated nor arid.
Although the flock of turkey vultures in my backyard kinda resemble condors.
Just moved to Cincinnati from Michigan (Harbor Springs==>Holland==>Birmingham). Cinci isn't as expected, see a lot of UM folks and UK, L'Ville and other BIG/SEC fans help dilute the buckeye nonsense.
There's a very active local alumni club in Cincy. Hope you enjoy the Skyline chili - that's what i miss the most.
Ann Arbor - specifically my office in East Hall, where I've spent countless hours checking mgoblog instead of finishing grad school earlier
...past the break room.
Winston Salem, NC
I'm in Rocky Mount, NC
I'm here in Winston-Salem as well! Think we have enough for a fan club?
Well, close enough to Winston
Your Avator is Pilot Mountain, right? I get up to Winston-Salem (Rural Hall) for work on a fairly regular basis. Love Foothills Brewery! Hiked at Hanging Rock last fall.
I currently live in Jacksonville, FL......but lived in Raleigh, NC for 17 years before that.
Oklahoma City metro area (Edmond)... Billy Donovan better work out or it could get ugly in a year or two.
Washington D.C. Lots of Michigan alumni here.
...I don't think I needed to say that though.
At work.
Deep South Birmingham, Alabama
obviously. High of 77 in the city today!
Portland, Oregon
may be the most beautiful city in the US, and I'm not joking. A few years back I visited Florence and drove from Portland down the coast. Really the whole state is amazing. Even when it rains/drizzles/overcast it is stunning.
Also in Portland!
