OT: Ole Miss expected to respond to NCAA allegations this week
Just saw on SBNation (https://www.sbnation.com/college-football/2017/6/6/15742134/ole-miss-nc…) that Ole Miss is expected to issue its public response to the NCAA allegations sometime this week.
It is quite remarkable how slow this organization is when it comes to enforcement and punishment of serious breaches of the rules (and the efficacy of that punishment is questionable is most of those cases). Good thing they got on top of the satellite camp issue - that could of truly jeopardized the integrity of the sport.
If something could potentially hurt the SEC in any form or fashion it's a bad thing that must be avoided, stopped, blocked or changed.
If something could potentially benefit the SEC in any form or fashion it's good thing that must be passed, ratified and implemented post-haste.
Any questions?
The Internet reports Ole Miss is going to simply announce they're a bunch of no good cheaters, like much of the SEC.
Pete Finebaum is going to back up that statement, and waggle his ears to prove he's finally being honest.
Laquon Treadwell is going to say. "See I told you so."
Watch out when Finebaum does that. He'll then stick out his tongue and try to turn you into an apple.
What has 4 eyes but cannot read?
Mississippi.
Probably like this:
The internet reports that Laquon Treadwell is going to give back all the money and easy pu...uhm, publicity.
What about my rent check? Man's gotta eat you know
Ahhhh, nothing better than a black guy smoking weed out of a gas mask while sitting in front of a Confederate Battle Flag. It just screams, "Someday, I will cure cancer and AIDS at the same time..."
If Pete Finebaum wore that bong contraption on TV we wouldn't have to hear the nonsense he has to say, and it would make him look a lot better. Just a suggestion.
It will be fall again soon.
There were most certainly cheaters and sex crimes in 1838, just no Twitter to provide minute by minute updates and hot takes.
You missed the joke. There was no college football in 1838. Thus, this was the only time there was no cheating and sex scandals in college football.
Thanks. I did know that college football started in the 1860s (if you want to call what they were playing football) but I thought the joke you were making was how far you have to go back in time.
Your comment could have worked either way.
I hope Freeze gets to spend more time at home with the family.
A three year show cause penalty for Freeze should do the trick. I'm sure he'll be extremely grateful.
to be something along the lines of "Hey, guess what Harbaugh and Michigan are doing? Did you guys see what they're up t--LOOK OVER THERE!!!"
Ole Miss: "Yeah, we did it. All of it. And more! But our coach loves his family and God, so it's OK."
NCAA: "Sounds legit. Nothing to see here, move along."
Ole Miss is on the box. Gray cat is NCAA. Orange cat is Towson State.
too true.... sadly
