We're 16-5 in March Madness since the 2012-2013 season. .762 winning percentage.

We did not make the big dance 14-15.

03/19/2019 - 4:41pm OSU only averaged about 56…

OSU only averaged about 56 per game when Day was running the program in the first three weeks of last season.

He's going to be good and we're going to continue to lose to them.

Best coach? What planet are we on?

There's no proof we have the coaching advantage.

03/13/2019 - 12:09pm If the pricing is anything…

If the pricing is anything like my area, Spectrum isn't worth your time. Their service also sucks. We had a ton of outages when we had them the first year in our house.

03/13/2019 - 12:07pm Something is screwed up with…

Something is screwed up with them being that high in any rankings. They lost to every decent team they played until last night. They are basically Rutgers with one good win.

03/13/2019 - 10:50am How is St. Mary's a pretty…

How is St. Mary's a pretty good team? St. Mary's lost to Pepperdine who is absolutely terrible. Lost by almost 50 to Gonzaga in their 1st meeting. Got housed by Utah State. They had 5 losses in the Dog Shit Taco Conference.

Name one good team they beat before the game last night.

03/13/2019 - 10:46am If his neighborhood is like…

If his neighborhood is like mine, he probably doesn't have any other options. We get AT&T and Spectrum in my neck of the woods and you can't get anything else. Can't even get AT&T's fiber option. That's on the other side of my neighborhood, but not mine.

The providers do their best to try and get the rights to certain neighborhoods so no other provider can move in and offer service. It's a bunch of shit and I'm sure it goes through the worthless HOAs.

"Cutting the cord" will end up being just as expensive as current cable/satellite. Cut the cable cord and pay $100+ a month for the internet cord. Then you can pay for Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, PS Vue, Roku, ESPN+, etc.

03/10/2019 - 11:06am It's not about shooting 3s…

It's not about shooting 3s or 3-point percentage. It's about limiting transition points for the other team. Pretty basic basketball concept.

There are recorded conversations from Kansas recruiting Zion. They make it clear that to get Zion, you need to get his family a house.

Just SO shocking you'd see this from LSU.

Duke bought Zion's family a house, but it's Duke so it's fine. Recruiting is awesome.

02/28/2019 - 12:56pm I still see some of the…

I still see some of the early 90s models driving around Indy. I think those mid-80s thru mid-90s Toyota engines were built to run for over 500K miles.

02/28/2019 - 11:45am 1994 Toyota Camry American…

1994 Toyota Camry American Edition. It was my Mom's originally and she put about 160K miles on it while driving for work. She got a new job and they provided her a company car, so I got out of my '89 Chevy Beretta and inherited the Camry.

I drove it to 340K miles before I got rid of it. Never had a single transmission or engine issue. Drove it to Florida from Indiana at least 10 times. Drove it all over the Midwest, never an issue.

I got rid of it more because of cosmetic issues. Having it on a college campus meant it inherited some dings, dents, broken side mirrors, and scratches from assholes who couldn't drive. Repairs weren't worth the cost anymore.

Also, just for fun I got the thing up to the 140 MPH max on the speedometer. Safety first kids!

Refs are a sub-human species.

If you ever invite a ref to a pitch-in style party and ask them to bring booze and a food item, they will show up with a box of napkins. Why? Because they are sub-human pieces of garbage.

02/27/2019 - 9:48am People always want to call…

People always want to call Kong racist, but to get to that point you have to ignore the context of why Kong was even created.

The creator, Merian Cooper, was fascinated by gorillas from the age of six. The intrigue started when he was given a book, "Explorations and Adventures in Equatorial Africa", by his uncle. The book chronicled the adventures of Paul Du Chaillu in Africa. Du Chaillu described one gorilla known for its extraordinary size that the natives described as invincible and the King of the African Forest. That planted the seed for Cooper's imagination and ultimate creation of the character King Kong.

Cooper also had a dream about a giant ape that was destroying New York City and recorded it when he woke up. This was the basis for the classic King Kong, not racism.

Yes, you can project racial undertones onto the movie but that is your own projection and not what the director ever intended. Kong was a story born out of his love and fascination of gorillas.

You could just as easily project that Kong is actually about the cruelty of the circus and how they hunted and captured exotic animals to put on display and show for people. The only outsider not trying to harm Kong is the female lead and their bond grows out of that fact. Not that the movie is actually about that, but you can project those undertones if it is your goal.

Gorilla's are not racist. They are majestic.

I wouldn't recast, but I would add King Kong to every movie ever made.

02/22/2019 - 4:53pm Yep. I'm not saying they…

Yep. I'm not saying they aren't a really good team, but they haven't earned a 1 seed.

02/22/2019 - 11:23am Gonzaga has really earned…

Gonzaga has really earned that one seed. One meaningful win all season!

I wish our one seed would have been cemented for curb stomping UNC, but we had that whole thing where we had to go on and continue to play against real competition.

02/21/2019 - 9:45am Nevada has not played a good…

Nevada has not played a good team all season. They got thumped by 27 at New Mexico and New Mexico is 11-15. Nevada never deserved to be ranked in the top 10.

Last night's loss dropped them to 22 in the NET. At least that's more realistic.

His offensive philosophy damn near left Luck with only one working shoulder. I'm sure Colts fans were thrilled about it.

It's been happening since Dick Bennett was their coach. He passed it to Bo Ryan and now it's been passed to Greg Gard.

They can all eat a buffet of dicks.

02/07/2019 - 9:27am Wisconsin players have been…

Wisconsin players have been pulling this slide under a guy trying to land shit since Dick Bennett was their coach.

They may recruit the right way, but they are a dirty program on the court. Fuck Wisconsin basketball. I wish they would lose every game from now until our sun burns out.

01/31/2019 - 9:43am I live in the Indianapolis…

I live in the Indianapolis area. Wind chill was -45 yesterday morning when I was out walking my husky. She was in heaven, my eyelashes were freezing shut as I tried to blink. Pretty god damn awesome stuff.

This morning's wind chill was only -10, so I put on some swim trunks and a tank top to walk her around the neighborhood. Quite balmy.

01/30/2019 - 1:48pm There is one very important,…

There is one very important, gigantic difference between the Pats offense and Michigan's offense. The Patriots can actually execute the offense.

Also, the Pats don't believe using RBs in the passing game is illegal. James White had more receiving yards in the Pats first four games than Evans and Higdon combined for all season.

If the school doesn't do it, I'm going to build him a statue when he retires.

01/28/2019 - 2:33pm I went to the game and had a…

I went to the game and had a guy about 4 rows above me calling for a travel every time we had the ball. Even at the end of the game when Brooks was actively dribbling at the top of the key, this guy was still yelling for them to call a travel.

I looked up during that outburst of stupidity and his friend had his face covered with his hands.

Only a marmot can give you accurate weather predictions. Never trust the humans.

01/24/2019 - 11:36am Spygate = filming from…

Spygate = filming from unapproved location, not stealing signals. Learn the rules if you want to bring them up.

Deflategate - Disproven by multiple scientists from multiple universities and anyone who understands the Ideal Gas Law exists. Also, 75% of the Colts' footballs tested were under the required PSI.

AFC East = the other teams are garbage because New England constantly beats them. Check out the Pats' winning percentage against all other divisions. Before this season started, the Pats had a .788 winning percentage against the AFC East. They had a .786 winning percentage against all other divisions.

Robert Kraft is not a part of Kraft Foods in any way, shape, or form.

Your entire post is pure stupidity.

01/23/2019 - 11:36am If the FCS and every other…

If the FCS and every other version of football on earth can have a legitimate playoff, then so can D-1. Stop fucking off and make at least an eight team playoff. 12 would be even better. As they say on Letterkenny, figure it out! It's not hard considering you can look at every other version of football for a real playoff example.

Like bighouse22 mentioned in an early response, none of the conferences consistently play against each other, so playoff expansion is the only way we can see how teams from different conferences truly match up with each other.

Bowl games suck. They are nothing but a corporate jerk-off session at this point.

01/22/2019 - 12:41pm I'll be leaving work from…

I'll be leaving work from downtown Indianapolis around 5 PM. Pretty sure I can steal an IndyCar and make it by 6:40.

Illinois would be winning against the dog shit tacos Gonzaga is playing in their conference.

Because of assholes who ask if we want the basketball team to lose.

01/11/2019 - 12:06pm This is the dumbest…

This is the dumbest mentality. You never want to lose a game. Also, you never think about being undefeated during a game. You solely focus on winning the game you are currently playing if you are worth half a shit in the sport you are playing. I have never had a teammate say a word about remaining undefeated or keeping a win streak going during a game. It's not difficult to not think about that stuff.

I would assume the people who think losing a game is a good thing have never played competitive sports.

Exactly this. He's my favorite Pat of all time as well. I became a Pats fan when they drafted him.

This should be his HOF bust:

Tony Clark. He's playing in Italy now.

01/03/2019 - 1:33pm Chris's #1 skill is as a…

Chris's #1 skill is his ability as a receiving back. That's why many scouts expected him to play slot WR at this level. 18 catches for him is way too low.

Involving your RBs in the passing game is a good thing. Get him isolated on LBs and let him go to work.

01/03/2019 - 10:34am He had 18 catches in 10…

He had 18 catches in 10 games. That's not even close to enough.

I think it was Chris Howard who kept harping on the staff for not developing timing and chemistry in the pass game with some of our easier match ups early in the season. He said they know they can run the ball on those chumps, but that they needed to let Shea and his receivers develop chemistry so they had it when it was really needed against the tougher competition. Timing and chemistry is different in game than it is in practice.

Staff never did that and we know the results.

01/03/2019 - 9:56am I don't care so much about…

I don't care so much about rotation at this point. I assume it will be Turner, Evans, and Charbonnet.

I just want to see the staff use Evans properly. He should be utilized more like James Williams is with WSU. Evans was viewed as a slot WR coming out. He has great receiving skills. Our staff's refusal to utilize him in the pass game is atrocious coaching.

01/02/2019 - 1:33pm I'm referring to 2010 when…

I'm referring to 2010 when Fangio was his DC. That was Stanford's best opportunity. Against Oregon, they jump out to a 21-3 lead. They go into halftime up 31-24. What do they do in the 2nd half? In spectacular Harbaugh fashion, they get outscored 28-0 and lose 52-31. Oregon ends up conference champs.

01/02/2019 - 12:08pm Harbaugh couldn't win the…

Harbaugh couldn't win the Pac-12 with a great o-line, Stepfan Taylor, Vic Fangio as DC, and the best QB in the country.

Why does any Michigan fan believe he'll ever win the Big 10?

These are the type of things that happen when you have the worst postseason in all of sports.

12/12/2018 - 4:24pm I've already decided to stop…

I've already decided to stop investing in tickets for football. If I'm spending money on tickets, travel from Indy, hotel, going out to bars and dinner, etc., then I'm spending it to go to basketball games.

For the past 17 years I have traveled to Ann Arbor for at least 2 football games and 2 basketball games per year. It will only be basketball from now on. It's my favorite sport anyway.
