I don't know how to embed this but this is very impressive for a kid his size.

lol this was not the box jump...
LOL, I was gonna say the same thing. His left ass cheek takes on the Tackle and the right cheek the Guard. Dude looks like he is built to squat 1,000lbs.

+1 to you
(from the feed)
if the Bulloughs started juicing again.
Wait a minute.....Michigan State works out in the back room of the local Pump It Up? I find that interesting. I wonder if they take advantage of the open jump or if they rely on it being someone's birthday and get some bad pizza and flat pop for the occasion, but at a substantial discount.
appreciate it.
I miss playing ball at the CCRB and getting my ass absolutely handed to me by the football players. Most of the time they couldn't shoot and didn't have a great understanding for the game, but you couldn't rebound anything or get to any loose balls or score on them unless they allowed you to.
Most the football players were cool and didn't push us regular students around.
My cool story bro - I was in a pretty competitive game with Marquise Walker, David Terrel on one team and A Train and a bunch of big lineman whose names I didn't know on my team.
I barely touched the ball, but I could shoot, so they would feed me now an then. Everyone was giveing Terrel crap the whole game because he talked so much...We were up 1 and had game point....I threw up a high arching floater over Terrel who was about to swat it and it splashed nothing but net - totally lucky shot. A Train and the linemen went nuts and picked me up and carried me around as they talked crap to Terrel. One of my favorite UM moments.
One of my favorite UM moments. If this is only one of your favorite moments, I can only assume your UM experience involved lots and lots of schtupping hotties and cavorting with the rich and famous.
Nothing like throwing my scrawny 165 pounds up against a 6-3, 245 lb. defensive lineman (this was quite a few years ago) in the paint. That went well (for him).
I can't believe you guys! Where is your grit, your iron sharpened by iron, your steely spine, your guts?
What if Gordie Bell, Jamie Morris, Mike Hart or Ice Cube McNiel had your hopeless attitudes?
I'm only 5'4 and if in best shape I'd be about 150, and I always went toe to toe against giant football or basketball players even when I already had a little beer/munchie belly!
I was at the CCRB on the last day football players were allowed to play at the gym before Holiday Bowl practice started in the disastrous Harbaugh broken arm year and it seemed like the whole team was there, and in this particular game most of the guys on both teams were football players except me and a couple other guys. I can't remember who was playing anymore outside of the subject of my story, I think I vaguely remember Greg Washington being there, he played FB & Bball.
Anyway, there was a play where my team had just scored & I was around the foul line and I saw Gilvanni Johnson cherry picking at half court for the other team and calling for the ball on the inbound so I just hung there to sucker the guy into throwing it in to Gilvanni & then, well I can't tell this without bragging I guess, haha, I took off like the rocket I was & skied up to the atmosphere with perfect timing & absolutely snatched it right out of his hands as he was starting to make the catch for a spectacular steal!
Well Gilvanni wasn't too happy about the white midget linebacker looking guy that everyone was ignoring facing him in front of the whole team, so he tried to fight me, claiming I fouled him and fucked up his finger! It was ALL ball though and if he hurt his finger it was from contact with the ball not me or my hands. What a baby! Everyone busted out laughing!
WTF were they doing out there anyway risking injury before the bowl game? Weren't they handicapped enough without Harbaugh?
I do remember him being quick as fuck on defense when he was guarding me one time. I was quick as lightning, but when he made a quick step in and reach in for the ball his arms and legs covered like twice as much ground as I would with one step or swat.
Pretty impressive. Lets see how he plays on the d-line. If he turns into another m hurst that would leave Michigan with tremendous depth and talent moving forward. I think this kid may end up being a real asset and more than just a throw in with Gary. Looking forward to see what he brings to the table.
My fingers are crossed that he can provide productive minutes this season. The 1st D line will be lights out I think and if Dwumfour is a decent back up then that won't put too much pressure in the incoming freshman.
Also really hoping Mone starts being a DUDE.
Best part is it looks like his shoulder has a good range of motion.
Yeah, he's fully medically cleared to go full out now. Shoulder healed, yeah, but he also was in a boot not long ago, looks pretty good running though.
Love his background on his twitter account!
Seems like he has a great sense of humor.
The background on his twitter is hilarious. He must really walk around which a chip on his shoulder, hopefully he destroys McSorley a few times in the game this season.
He is a good funny kid/guy, and smart, thinks for himself, reliable, etc., and, although I hate the term, he's pretty "woke."
That's the man who is going up the middle to block field goals.
Still looks like he could handle another 10-15 lbs no problem.
I know Big Mike (NNTBM). I asked him if anyone else his size could jump as high/higher, and as expected he said Rashan. I told him to work hard enough to out jump Rashan & then post that video & it will go viral! haha.
He is at a good 290. He isn't sloppy or soft.
He is 6' 2" and that's above half his height I think.
If each of those boxes is 12" plus the top parts 2" then it'd be 42", that may be a tad too high.
I think perhaps the lower boxes are 10" and the top are 2", making this a 36" box jump.
Can't say for sure but somewhere between 36" and 42" is my best guess, very respectable for that size.
I would like to thank the PSU fan for helping motivate Micheal D this year. You must be good friends with him and specialise in reverse psycology. Rest assured he will not be riding the bench but then again he won't be the best lineman on the PSU defense like he would have had he not decommitted. Once Hurst graduates he will be a JR and going after his all B1G honors and when he and Gary combine for the best DL tandem at UM since the Mark Messner days, he can say he owes his motivation to you.
That's my least favorite part of box jumps.
He landed softly posterior chain loaded instead of slamming down on the box out of control.
He should have used his left hand on the fastbreak layup.
